It was a great birthday. However, we got promised a free cocktail for the birthday girl, but was charged nearly £9! Besides that, food & atmos always great, service can sometimes lack attention to detail.

I decided to give my children a treat as they had never eaten here before. The really enjoy all the food they were served.

The food was lovely and the service was great. The only negative was that on getting home finding that the waiter had dripped curry on my back while clearing the table so had a stain on my top.

Everything was great until we had finished our main - without asking even if the food was ok we had two hot towels virtually thrown on our table swiftly followed by the bill (which we hadn't asked for). If we had been told that they needed the table by a certain time that would have been fine, but we didn't appreciate the way they handled it.

Great service and food, our table of 11 had orders taken promptly and accurately. We had the "dry ice" table-top experience as well. All in all, a really good family evening, thank you!

Busy, but that's because the food is really nice. We use this as our destination if we want to eat out. Waiting to pay the bill took a while, otherwise can't fault them, always friendly and the food is always nice.

Food was OK, service was transactional, the waiters used to be more engaged and the food better.

A bit mixed up to be honest. Asked for brandy & coke without ice. Came with ice !!!! Asked for pint of coke . They brought a pint of beer. Sent it back and eventually bought the coke. Asked for latte and they gave us macchiato. Too strong… also charged for the pint of beer on the bill. Told them about it and the bill was rectified. All in all poor service but food was amazing as usual

The food was really good,lovely flavours and good portion sizes. Apart from the nice man who served the food, who had smiles and banter the other staff unfortunately felt very unwelcoming, it was a special celebration for my dad 75th birthday yet we felt like an inconvenience, the first guy who came to take our drinks order burst out laughing over us while looking at his colleague, we asked if he was okay but he said he'd just been reminded of something, inside jokes didn't make us feel very comfortable either. The floor area of the table we were given was Covered in food from the previous occupants but the rest of the restaurant seemed clean. The food was good enough to want to try again but I hope the customer service and friendliness improves in the future. I wouldn't choose it for a special occasion again though.

It was a busy Saturday night, but the food was great and served in good time.
