And here we go again...! Amazing food, fabulous staff and service and so popular you always have to book at the weekends and some weekday nights too, never fails to deliver

Service was excellent. Atmosphere was good. Food was excellent. Never a disappointing visit.

Once again an amazing meal with excellent service, the staff were attentive & really could not do enough for us. Great choice of traditional and special dishes makes this the ideal choice for an Indian meal in Northwich. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

This is by far the best Indian Restaurant around this area, the food is fantastic.

Booked a table last minute on a Saturday, the restaurant was packed to the rafters but the service & food were second to none. Seated straight away & order was taken promptly, drinks and food served in a timely manner, the food was amazing as always

Bombay Quay always delivers good food. On this occasion the menu appear to have changed.. My eyesight is pretty good.. but menu was hard to read.. too shiny :-) ... but place & staff were as good as always.

Excellent service, excellent food, clean and tidy environment and a really nice vibe. It was a bit noisy but honestly I’m happy for that as it deserves to be busy. The staff work hard to deliver a good service and Northwich always responds to good service.

Food was the usual high quality, value for money and the atmosphere lively as always but the service wasn’t as slick as normal. Two mistakes saw one of our party waiting for a drink (initially wrongly delivered) and another was delivered the wrong sauce so again had to wait - a very short time. To be fair it was particularly noisy and this is not normal service so we will be back as the food is excellent and the location for us perfect. Two little hiccups out of what was still a lovely evening.

We arrived early and were seated immediately, it was very busy but the staff handled it like pro's! The food was perfect, staff even better!

Got there was packed which is fine we had booked guy on the door bluntly said name tables not ready and then said next so we were like ok tried to squeeze into im guessing bar area and went back to the guy to ask how we know when the table is ready and was the car park just 2hours he said yes 2 hours and he'd call us fairly long wait to get our booked table all conscious of the time rushed meal which poppadoms came out then another wait for the onions and chutney ect to follow to then have another wait for food to then rush eating to be told when paying the car park after 4 isn't manned so was no need to rush pretty sad as was girly Mums outing catch up that turned into a rushed night and leaving most of the food

considering there wasnt many people in the restaurant quite a few things went wrong , weve been coming to bombay quay for years and never had a bad experience , but this one sure made up for it , the popadoms came out wrong there was supposed to be 2 each for 3 of us only 5 came out , no problem another one came out , then my 2 x brothers mains came out and mine was supposed to follow it was my birthday after all , 15 mins later i had to call them over and asked where my main was , OMG said the chap who was dealing with us i will go n check , another 5 mins later out came my meal coldish and the lamb chops had no meat on them just fat , in the mean time my brothers byriani, he only had 2 x sml peices , by this time i think they realised stuff just wasnt going right , they offered my brother a take home byriani as a replacement , i however they ignored , it upset me but my brothers said it was a birthday treat and they would pay for it , however i will not be returning anytime soon l have never been so dissappointed in this place , hope it doesnt happen to anyone else!!!!

As usual the food was excellent, very tasty, plenty of it and served by staff who enjoy their work. An overall great experience.
