The Snooty Fox is found in the centre of Lowick village, inside a 16th-century former manor house on the Main Street, and they bring to the table a huge range of dishes that showcase the best in local and regional products, cask ales and British pub food. They are suitable for the whole family, of course, so don’t be afraid to bring the whole brood – the bar section is separate from the fine dining a la carte restaurant.

Begin your meal at The Snooty Fox with some Stilton mushrooms or fresh Scottish mussels, before moving on to sample their range of steaks, their venison loin, their Gressingham duck breast or the veggie-friendly wild mushroom and goats’ cheese vol-au-vents. Finish it off with an Eton Mess or a British cheese platter for a proper English feast in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside in the village of Lowick.
