We were very late because of road works but the staff were very understanding. The food was lovely & the staff were very attentive. All seven of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals😊

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, but the food when it came was actually quite cool, noodles were bordering on cold. We should have said, but didn't want to cause any fuss. Food was tasty, nicely cooked, but felt it had possibly been left out while we finished our starters. All our meals, though different, were all on cool side.

Friendly staff. Good service and delicious food. Ladies toilets were a bit shabby and could do with a spruce up. Other than that, all good.

Not been in the restaurant for years. Had a beautiful well priced pre theatre menu. Enjoyed it so much I’ve booked to come back on Wednesday with my friend !!

Four long time friends who meet up every 4 weeks. So it is important to us that we enjoy out time together. The Richmond was recommended to me by a work colleague and we will certainly be recommending it to others. We had a great time. Thanks to all the staff at the Rivhmond.

Great food, great service, great environment / atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Food is always amazing however the service is far too fast / trying to get you to order your meal When you’ve been sat down for exactly 3 minutes - within that time spoke to 4 members of staff for drink and order. Need to take their time and let people relax. Plus looked like a new Starts first night and every time he did something wrong he was chastised in front of everyone- better care of staff required. However, as I said food was amazing
