Amazing pizza - slightly disappointed that the DJ didn’t play records the whole time because it was amazing when he did!

I really enjoyed celebrating my birthday there, food and atmosphere were great!

The pizza was delicious, but we’re glad we left room for dessert! The cheesecake in particular was amazing.

Lovely staff, great place. We really enjoyed our visit tonight.

When I arrived the waitress was really blunt/ rude. I asked when our table would be ready and she just said “yeah it’s coming” in a really annoyed tone. We eventually had to get up and ask the waitress to come and take our order as no one had come over. The wait for the food was pretty long and when it did come the pizzas were really doughy in the middle and just not as nice as they’ve been previously when I’ve visited. No one came to ask if we’d like more drinks later in the evening and our food didn’t get cleared till the very end when we were leaving. It really put a dampener on our evening, I’ve previously been and had a great time at Palazzo so I chose this place to meet friends for my birthday. Just quite disappointed with the service and food this time round and I won’t be coming back.

Everything was fine except for a very long 45min) delay between starter and main course (5pizzas). We were told that there was only one cook on a Saturday

We came for a pre theatre supper. The food was delicious and the service friendly and prompt.

Service was good, and pizza tasted great but was a bit watery, which made the pizza soggy in the middle. Great value for money with half price pizza Monday.

Very delicious pizza. Fluffy and slightly burnt. Just the way I like it. Not too much toppings to make it soggy. Very accomodating to dietary requirements. Also delicious basil dip, tiramisu and courgette frites. Also happy hour yummy cocktails if you visit before 7pm.

Pizza was really really good however not really authentic as they are all white base and you have to pay £2 to add the tomato sauce. Great offer on Mondays with half price. Service could be improved as we were waiting to be seated for more than 5 minutes even though we had a booking and the place wasn’t busy.

Food, service and atmosphere was great, it was a hot evening and there was aircon but it didn't seem to be on, which meant we didn't stay for a dessert as it was too hot.

Went for the Saturday bottomless pizza and drinks. Incredible value for money. Delicious pizzas, and regular service meant our drinks were constantly replenished. Great chilled atmosphere and friendly staff.

Fantastic as always! Their aubergine, artichoke and truffle pizzas are unreal! My partner and I come every Monday for their 50% off deal most weeks. Some of our favourite pizzas in London!

We had to wait a really long time for the food to come, but when it came, it was delicious. We actually forgot to order a starter, and didn't order it when the pizzas came as we thought it would take too long again. We did try to order dessert but out of 4 options 2 were not in stock. The food was delicious I cannot stress this enough but the server was really uninterested.

My pizza arrived 15 minutes after my friend, my second glass of wine never arrived and they’d run out of the pudding I ordered

It was a Saturday night and billed is a DJ and vinyl - however this wasn't quite the case. We had to ask the waitress to play some music. It didn't have any real atmosphere and was disappointing.

Delicious food. Anchovy bread was amazing but they should probably say it's the size of a pizza, not bitesize like we thought! Service was good, food came out quickly.

the decor and vibe is nice and the food was good. Would have liked a bit more ambience and listening bar vibe as the restaurant gives off visually but the music was really low so you didn’t really get any of that. We went on a quiet Tuesday evening as a pre-booked party of 5 and upon arriving the table was only set for 4 and the staff didn’t pick up on this, and didn’t provide extra cutlery etc til prompted. While the staff were lovely (and not that busy - there were only 4 tables in the whole restaurant that had guests seated - a v quiet evening as it goes) they were very forgetful and didn’t pay much attention at all throughout the evening. We had to chase them down to order our main meals, again for drinks, ask twice for a box for the leftover pizza and were given the bill before being offered dessert - which we did want. They were very pleasant and as I mentioned the food was good but the experiment was very underwhelming overall. Wouldn’t rush back unfortunately :(

Best pizza in town. Ciara our waitress was friendly and helpful as always. Just one disappointment: I asked for the donut with pistachio ice cream. The ice cream wasn’t right but they still served it to me although you could clearly see it was not even looking like an Italian gelato. Of course I sent it back and they didn’t questioned it. I would have preferred to be told that the gelato was not available that day. Waste of food.

Lovely retro setting - like stepping into 1960s Italy. Good music and buzzy atmosphere. Great Negronis. Warm and efficient service. Perfect pre cinema spot 😍

The food was delicious but they were clearly understaffed: two waiters to do all sections and 1 person training / on a trial shift for a busy Friday night. Such a shame as the pizzas were so good! My other qualm was that I ordered the N/A aperol spritz that tasted like sparkling orange squash - a bit gutted to pay £8 for that!
