Great - just would have liked a warmer greeting - not "you have to give the table back in 90 mins" as an opener. You know smile, say "welcome" etc

Great and attentive service, with food and drink served quickly. Love that the pizzas offered are slightly different from the “usual” toppings. Pizzas are cooked in a fire oven which is the best!

Delicious pizza and great value. I requested a booth in my booking and they made sure we were seated in a booth. I'm impressed that they read the booking and did this. Staff were friendly and efficient.

When I arrived the waitress was really blunt/ rude. I asked when our table would be ready and she just said “yeah it’s coming” in a really annoyed tone. We eventually had to get up and ask the waitress to come and take our order as no one had come over. The wait for the food was pretty long and when it did come the pizzas were really doughy in the middle and just not as nice as they’ve been previously when I’ve visited. No one came to ask if we’d like more drinks later in the evening and our food didn’t get cleared till the very end when we were leaving. It really put a dampener on our evening, I’ve previously been and had a great time at Palazzo so I chose this place to meet friends for my birthday. Just quite disappointed with the service and food this time round and I won’t be coming back.

Everything was fine except for a very long 45min) delay between starter and main course (5pizzas). We were told that there was only one cook on a Saturday

Very delicious pizza. Fluffy and slightly burnt. Just the way I like it. Not too much toppings to make it soggy. Very accomodating to dietary requirements. Also delicious basil dip, tiramisu and courgette frites. Also happy hour yummy cocktails if you visit before 7pm.

Pizza was really really good however not really authentic as they are all white base and you have to pay £2 to add the tomato sauce. Great offer on Mondays with half price. Service could be improved as we were waiting to be seated for more than 5 minutes even though we had a booking and the place wasn’t busy.

Food, service and atmosphere was great, it was a hot evening and there was aircon but it didn't seem to be on, which meant we didn't stay for a dessert as it was too hot.

Went for the Saturday bottomless pizza and drinks. Incredible value for money. Delicious pizzas, and regular service meant our drinks were constantly replenished. Great chilled atmosphere and friendly staff.

We had to wait a really long time for the food to come, but when it came, it was delicious. We actually forgot to order a starter, and didn't order it when the pizzas came as we thought it would take too long again. We did try to order dessert but out of 4 options 2 were not in stock. The food was delicious I cannot stress this enough but the server was really uninterested.

My pizza arrived 15 minutes after my friend, my second glass of wine never arrived and they’d run out of the pudding I ordered

It was a Saturday night and billed is a DJ and vinyl - however this wasn't quite the case. We had to ask the waitress to play some music. It didn't have any real atmosphere and was disappointing.

Delicious food. Anchovy bread was amazing but they should probably say it's the size of a pizza, not bitesize like we thought! Service was good, food came out quickly.

Great pizzas and lovely service. I will definitely be coming back.
