My niece got her handbag stolen while having dinner at the restaurant on Sunday 18th Aug 2024. I requested for CCTV replay but the owner said the recording was not working. She already called out an engineer but because it was the weekend, nobody came out to fix it. I strongly believe it was an inside job. Another customer also had the same experience - she had her bag stolen at the same restaurant. The owner also said the CCTV recording was not working. The food was OK and reasonably priced.

The food at this Korean BBQ restaurant is pretty good, and overall, the dining experience was fine. However, one aspect left me and my friends confused. When I asked a waiter to cut the stem of the lettuce with a pair of scissors, he seemed very annoyed. He brought the scissors over and said, "You can just peel from the core." I then had to ask him directly for the scissors, which he gave me, and I ended up cutting the lettuce myself. Typically, the lettuce should be cut and prepared for customers to use it to wrap the meat. We didn’t complain or make a fuss; we simply asked for a pair of scissors. As a loyal customer who's been to this place multiple times previously, it was disappointing to encounter this attitude, as it affected the otherwise pleasant experience.

Paid 110 pounds for 2 people for raw meat package( the most expensive option) for the barbecuer. Worst experience of Korea food, which is usually very good

We had a really good time and enjoyed the food. It was fairly priced. The quality of ingredients was good. The products were fresh and flavoursome. It is definitely my favourite Korean BBQ in London and I would like to come back to try other dishes from the menu. The service was great. The waiter made good recommendations for the menu and food portions. We liked that you helped/guided with the barbecue timings without imposing a rhythm. I feel that other barbecue places in London 'rush' the clients by grilling all the meat in a short time, it was not the case here. We were able to enjoy the food at our own pace. We feel sorry for the situation about the man who blocked the entry, did not listen to you and annoyed the table of female clients. You handled the situation well. I am sorry he did not respect the way you want to work and manage your restaurant. We came back from a hike and arrived in London 45 min before the booking time. We really appreciate that you gave us a table sooner and were really welcoming & accommodating.
