Absolutely love the food, the style, the restaurant and the food!!! We come every year for our Xmas get together but also throughout the year. The only negative was the music was too loud and not as relaxing as it normally is. I haven't ever noticed this before, normally lovely music. The food is just gorgeous and never disappointed. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Fantastic fast service, no errors and all food served at ideal temperature. The Ginger pepper mint ice tea is amazingly fresh.

A visit to Leicester for another reason led us to book a meal here - we last came here 6 years ago! Everything stood up well to our memories of this fabulous veggie / vegan Karalan restaurant. The food, value, atmosphere and care were all fabulous. Long may it last!

Fantastic flavours, really great vegan food and absolutely wonderful service

first visit and it won't be the last! Everything was excellent! I'm not vegetarian but it made me think that there is little point in eating meat when so much flavour can be found like this. I would highly recommend everything about this restaurant.

Having seen it featured on television, as we were passing, overnight stop, and a meal at Herb. WOW, super food, lovely surroundings, great staff, added up to a fantastic meal. We will pass again next year, so we will visit Herb then.

We booked a table for 5 on Sunday, the food was below average, we are pure vegetarians and know our Indian food, because of the good reviews we thought we'd try herb on granby st, the soup we ordered was like a lentil dhal very disappointed, non of the dishes we ordered were up to the mark, we usually go sharmille belgrave rd or chai Pani which are fairly priced fresh and tasty food every time,big mistake going herb and considering they are extremely overpriced we spent £150, Definitely won't be going there again.

Food was lovely, couldn’t fault it. However, service was very delayed and we had to ask several members of staff for things. We felt rushed to place order but food was very slow to come out to the table
