Enjoyable meal on a quiet Tuesday evening early in the New Year. Pizzas were tasty but limited selection, and special listed on the blackboard (which I fancied trying) turned out to not actually be available. Service friendly and professional. Also do local deliveries.

Front of house very good, back of house looked like they were forced labour, smile guy’s. Not much wrong with the pizzas, Sour dough goes cold very quickly. A tweak is needed to make them great

As always delicious pizzas from East- dough perfection and high quality ingredients. It was my parent’s first time, they loved the food but felt the restaurant could do with a few more touches in terms of decor to create atmosphere and a couple more options for the wine. Not withstanding these comments, we still had a very positive experience.

Lack of atmosphere tonight. A few more candles & some music would help. A wee bowl of welcoming olives perhaps? The pizzas were as amazing as ever- cannot be faulted.

The menu sounded awesome - some great flavour combinations. Alas, 2 out of our 3 pizzas were burnt. The waitress served them anyway, with no apology. To be fair, the bits that weren't burnt were quite tasty with some interesting flavours. In terms of atmosphere, there was none. The decor was bland and uninspiring and the restaurant was so cold we kept our coats on to eat. I had a glass of wine which was a tiny overpriced measure. When I asked the waitress if wine came in a bigger serving, she asked the woman sitting directly behind us who turned out to be the owner. We were told the wine came in one size serving only (ie tiny). But most annoying of all was that the owner was sitting behind us the whole time and heard us discussing how cold it was and how our pizzas were burnt. She did nothing. We were soooo unimpressed and will not return. We wouldn't even consider take away as the pizzas (even if properly cooked) are way overpriced for what they are.

My pizza (one without a tomato base and with wild garlic pesto, goats cheese and mozzarello an onion was amazing. The base was a little burned though and my companion's vegan pizza was quite burned underneath and quite dry without the cheese. Filter coffee was awful, not recommended. Raspberry and bramble sorbet that my friend had was amazing.

Delucious pizzas, yummy dough, nice toppings, I will go again! Onky thing was a slight problem with the online booking system meaning that we got to our table 30 mins later than originally booked! Otherwise, great service and nice ambiance 😊
