The menu at Edinburgh’s China Town is especially long for a Chinese restaurant, but we’re not complaining! Begin with an appetiser like the mussels with garlic and chilli, the torpedo king prawns or the spiced and salted chicken wings, then head straight for the special Cantonese dishes like stuffed aubergine with mashed prawn and pork in a black bean sauce, the crab meat with straw mushrooms or the fried fish balls with seasonal chinese vegetables.
