Unfortunately, food was very disappointing. Service was ok however quite slow.

Once again a good visit with great atmosphere and food. Particular mention of Rosie. She was hugely attentive to our needs particularly our 1 year old granddaughter. Very pleasant manner who demonstrated great initiative

We enjoy coming to this restaurant and it was just as good this time.

Been to zittos a few times, most of the time very impressed. However this time there was a pipe that had blown up. We were sitting in the far away table, and 6 times, including when we were eating, we had to stand up, and remain standing whilst the plumber fixed the pipes at the fat away window. I didnt make a fuss as it couldnt be helped, however we werent offered any kind of discount after the meal, or offered to move seat. Zittos is expensive so this was dissappointing.

Coffee machine broken. Staff apologised but filter coffee was awful. Staff had been going to Costa!

Acoustics difficult. High noise level from a large table.background music made it a bit worse. Wooden floor, low ceiling. Perhaps we would have been better in the front of the restaurant. Service very good. Fried fish deliciously fresh.

Another excellent visit to Zitto. Again, we booked well in advance as it's usually very busy. Very good service, an excellent meal from a massive menu and a fair price. None of the four of us could manage a dessert. Look forward to returning

Most guests eat early so best to arrive before 8.30pm as quiet by 10pm

This was our second visit, this time bringing my mother in law. It’s always a worry when you bring someone else but there was no need to worry the meal and service was as good as before. Delicious!

Staff have a sense of humour. Music was just right; nicely in the back ground. Table could have been a little larger, especially with 4 plates, extra bread plate, glasses and water jug.

Friendly staff and our meals were terrific. But thy did not have any Italian beers the evening we were there ( poor show for an Italian restaurant).

Lovely meal had by our party of four. Would have preferred a table away from the toilets but the restaurant was very busy so no big deal. Look forward to returning

Atmosphere was very good, we would appreciate being seated somewhere else other than next to the toilets which has happened during our last two visits.

Just love Zitto! The menu has been updated with a few changes, all good but my husbands favourite pizza wasn’t listed, but in true Zitto service style they had the ingredients and made the pizza! Perfect! Thank you

In North Berwick for a few days and had an excellent meal at Zittos. Brilliant staff and it was so good, booked again for this evening.
