Food was very good and portion sizes just what we requested served by efficient and friendly staff

One of our friends has major dairy and nut allergies and the restaurant pulled out all of the stops to ensure that this was not a problem, continually checking with the kitchen and providing options and great advice. I also need to commend Zitto in having clearly marked allergen info on their menu. This is the first time in many years that we’ve all gone for dinner together and for our friend to be able to have all three courses and, even better, choices on what she could eat. Great service.

Was at the restaurant last week. That good had lunch again this week. The food is really good and value got money. Will be back again soon with all the family. The staff are helpful and courteous. Live 12 miles away but willing to travel for good food in an ambience we enjoy.

Table (4 people) wasn’t ready when we arrived (7pm). Eventually got seated at 7.10. Still waiting for our order (drinks too) to be taken at 8pm?? Ended up going to the chip shop across the road

Huge menu with loads of tapas available at decent prices, I had the tapas which were delicious. Would definitely recommend!

We always come here to have a celebratory meal or date night and they never dissapoint, this was the first time we took our baby since being born and they were so welcoming & friendly. As always the food is amazing, tried pizza, pasta, Italian tapas and desserts and all good value for money and portion sizes. Cocktails are great too!

My partner and I go to Zittos often and have had some lovely meals here. Unfortunately on this occasion the staff let the place down, it was the 3rd of January so I’m guessing they were all still in holiday mode. We sat for 25minutes without a menu before I had to get up and get one myself, normally this wouldn’t bother me as I know Zittos is popular and can be very busy however it was virtually dead and all the staff were congregated around the bar chatting. One was even on her phone shouting loud enough for the whole restaurant to here. I hope she had fun Bowling on Saturday! We were then sat with our finished dishes in front of us for what felt like forever! Several of the staff looked directly at us and didn’t bother coming to clear them. If the food wasn’t so good I wouldn’t be back, however the food is outstanding. I hope on my next visit everyone is out of their holiday modes and provide a better service.

Its a great place to eat, but it was an hour after we walked in that our food arrived, no acknowledgment of our wait or apology, the table next to us had ordered and eaten by the time ours came out. Luckily we had ordered a bottle of wine.

Friendly staff. Good food, quite slow between orders and courses but didn’t spoil experience. Coped with our nervous coeliac granddaughter. She ate a bit of food in restaurant and polished the rest off at home once she was sure it was gluten free. Thanks, this is building her confidence after a bad experience elsewhere.
