Lovely food and service. Accommodated our dietary requests and requirements. Mussels on menu cooked in cream sauce. Cooked in tomato sauce to order. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Would definitely return.

Excellent meal, our server was excellent however she disappeared and we didn't see her until ​we were walking out the door. That resulted in slow service after our initial order.

Very poor standard of food and service, as this was a repeat visit having been on a previous holiday in North Berwick. Would definitely not recommend.

Great food and good service. Shame that the usual cheese cake, something worth coming for alone, was not on the menu but a mint chip one was which is not my sort of cake.

This was a first time visit with friends.The food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. They did not rush us at all. Will definitely return here again.

I enjoyed it and the good was lovely it was just that there was a bit group of very noisy guys and we couldn't hear each other talk.

We were struck by the variety and novelty of the menu. The waiting was excellent and with our very elderly aunt in the party we much appreciated the help arranging transport back to our hotel. She is Italian and loved the idea of 'Italian tapas'!

Terrific service, relaxed atmosphere and excellent food all at reasonable prices. Well worth a visit, will definitely visit the next time I'm in North Berwick.

Excellent cosy and modern restaurant right next to parking location in the centre of North Berwick. Good choice of menu as well as a Tapas option. We skipped the starter and went straight to main and food arrived promptly and was excellent - clean plates all around! We then shared a sweet - homemade Tiramusi, another clean plate! Finished off with coffee's and homemade tablet. All in bill came to around £45, which included a large red wine and a soft drink - very good value.

Food was fantastic, service wasn't as good as it could have been. Getting the bill took a while due to staff standing on their phones.

The restaurant was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We all had different dishes from the extensive menu and loved it!

Good and friendly service. Food came promptly and was hot and tasty. Place has a good "buzz". Clean modern decor with some homely Italian twists. Loved the fairy lights !

Had a really nice lunch. The food was fantastic. Great value. Very nice pizza and pastas, starters beautiful and the cheesecake was amazing. The house wine was also great. Will be back in the summer!

Average food, Christmas present voucher and sat next to men and womens toilet not excitable also made to feel you were on a free meal. Won't be back!

Good window seat, food good, not expensive and staff very friendly. Saltimbocca was tender and tasty, the pizza was thin and crispy. As usual was busy and as a result a bit noisy. Good place to visit if you want good value Italian food with some extra twists. Suggest you book ahead though as it is popular

Large menu but I have to say that the food was great as well as the service. Pizza delicious and all made with fresh ingredients. We will be back.

A really varied menus with lots of vegetarian and non-veggie option to choose from, traditional Italian dishes as well as comfort foods like steak or fish and chips. The food was fantastic and the service great. Overall very good value for money. We will definitely be back.

One of my favourite places to eat. We travel 40 mile and it's worth it. Always busy and staff happy and attentive. Can't wait till next time. Mr & Mrs Hutchison Gorebridge

Good quality food, put simply it does what it says on the tin. Pizza thin and crispy, great they do 3 portion sizes of pasta, good wine list many sold by the glass. Very reasonably priced. Can be very noisy particularly in area at back of restaurant (larger groups, low ceiling)

Been here a number of times. Always busy, good selection and good quality of food. Staff pleasang but a bit slow to take our main order and perhaps due to the acoustics can be noisy.

When my wife and I arrived we were offered a table for six with tall stools which we declined as our booking was for a table for 2. We didn't have to wait long however for our table for two although it was right outside the ladies toilet which in the end didn't really cause us a problem. The meal and the service thereafter was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our night. Would we come back? Yes we would come back.

The restaurant was lovely , comfortable , and enough people to make a good atmosphere , the staff very good made you feel very welcome and attended you so caringly , and it was a bit tricky for them with me as I am dairy and gluten free . But was so attentive . Will go down again if offer returns at lunch time as , I have bus journey off 11/2 hours away .

Great food, atmosphere! Have to try the mussel starter 😁.. Dinner selection was amazing, wife had spaghetti spi spi and i had the trio lamb chops!

food was really good, the spaghetti pil pil was lovely, but service was slow (although one waitress was very friendly shame the other two were not the same) We had to ask for dessert menu after waiting for about 15 mins, when they did arrive 1 dessert was missing and when we asked for it then a wrong one was brought to us. Drinks top ups were not offered we would have had at least another couple of drinks each on our table of 6.

Amazing place to have a great meal out. Food is superb and the staff are lovely - our go to place for a meal when we drive up from Leeds for the weekend 😊

Welcoming staff with a nice ambiance in the restaurant. Very varied menu. Excellent quality food and reasonable prices. No hurry for us to leave at the end of the night. Highly recommend.

It was a most enjoyable meal, service, wine and food were all 1st rate. Our dinner was very good value for money. We will definitely eat there again when we are next back in North Berwick

Good was very tasty and authentic. Antipasto starter was gorgeous. Plenty of staff and friendly. Affogato to be recommended. Red wine at correct temperature. First time at Zitto and would recommend it and hope to go back.

Extensive and interesting menu, excellent meal. Cheery buzz, lively, friendly - quiet loud but in a good way. Maybe there are more secluded corners in restaurant part, we were in the wine bar. Very enjoyable.

Good atmosphere, lovely way to spend Easter Monday. Didn't feel rushed and food was freshly cooked and nicely presented. We go to Zittos regularly and always find it good value for money 😀🍷

Stopped in for lunch before the bird Safari. Food was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Service was quick, without any issues. Quite small so best reserving a table.

Zittos is outstanding, the food, the service is all brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone. Make sure to book though as its so good it's busy every night of the week.

Great meal, great service a rally nice place, we were in the front wine bar section but I think I would of preferred the back area as the front wine bar was very noisy but a great place for a meal.

Lovely staff. Freezing cold restaurant at the back. We were first diners of the evening. However, waitress quickly reacted and brought over a heater for us. Food good. Will visit again but will book table in front area.

A lovely lunch, very attentive staff in nice surroundings. Food was freshly prepared from a very extensive menu & the portions were generous. Hope to return soon.
