Our visit was lovely from start to finish, the food was excellent we couldn't fault anything at all.

Had the carvery at lunchtime. Excellent choice,well cooked,wonderful value. Always impressed.

Lovely meal shown to table on arrival booked for 12pm. Carvery exceptional all meats and veg piping hot and lots of choice , lovely sweets and coffee. Only minor niggle ....once seated told our table number for tab then had to go to bar to get drinks and carvery receipt big wait here only 2 staff behind bar.....they did apologised for wait but perhaps take orders at table ??

Great food especially Baileys Cheesecake. Highly recommend ,staff friendly , welcoming atmosphere.Will definitely go again .

Food was cooked lovely. Lots of vegetables on offer for the carvery. Chef was great- waiting staff could of been chirpier.

Overall, we absolutely love the Punchbowl and were very pleased with the service and food we had. The only small complaint I have is how close the tables are together. We were pushed up to a wall and another table which made it incredibly difficult to get out of our seats etc. Would highly recommend the Punchbowl

First ever visit, treated my mum, was excellent food and just a lovely place to be... service very good.. will be returning.

Food excellent as always. Very busy , to be expected. Good service. Would of ordered tea/coffee but not with our desserts.

Meat was poor quality. Infact the turkey was shocking processed type The veg had been cooked for quite a while and kept warm

As we were eating at 4pm on a Sunday it felt a bit rushed and the waiter seem to rush us too clearing away

Lovely place with lots of character. Quite a long queue as only one of the two carvaries was open but it was worth the wait.

This is our favourite place for a carvery. We live in Dudley and its always worth the trip. The food is always fresh and I have never seen it messy at the counter. We have visited on a week evening when it can be quieter but the staff and food are still of high quality. I would recommend that you book before you go to avoid disappointment. The only thing I would say as a negative is the soft drinks are quite expensive as the come from the bottle.

Best carvery I've ever been to! The garlic potatoes are out of this world. Delicious puddings. Friendly staff! Also beautiful surroundings and landscape. Lovely to sit outside with a drink after our meal.

We had a lovely meal in a very sociable comfortable setting. The food and service was excellent,very attentive and well looked after on a busy evening.

First visit here to celebrate hubby’s birthday following recommendation from friends and family. Wow the carvery is the best I’ve ever tasted! Just like a Christmas dinner standard! I really couldn’t fault the food, atmosphere or staff, it was just perfect. We will certainly be back 😊

Food was lovely however overall experience was floored by a couple of things. Req wine list which they couldn't find initially. Once choice made they couldn't find wine and then said wines had changed and I could choose a red house wine of which they didn't know what they were. Gave up and had a coke! Finally they forgot my coffee which I ordered with dessert.
