Great food. Service ok. Wine, delicious. Lovely toilets! That’s it

We got food poisoning. The chicken was underdone. We were suspicious and we should have sent it back, but we thought that is how they wanted to serve it. So sad. I felt like hell for days.

Wonderful food and service, I only wish my appetite was Thor-esque, I’d love to try it all.

I work in the service industry in San Francisco and the establishments I work for have the expectations of possible costume experience and quality control at the very top of our list. XU seems to take these values seriously as well. The have the full package and I cant wait to come back to munch again next summer!

We(2 people) had afternoon tea sets. You can choose two types of tea. They serve 3 savoury dishes and 6 pastries. We totally enjoyed tea time.

Our group of 3 ordered the set menu. The food was excellent but the service was better. Our waiter, upstairs was very knowledgeable and attentive. Unfortunately we didnt get his name to reference him directly.

Service was very slow and not very attentive. Food was average.

It took a long time for them to take our orders. And some were missing and didn’t arrive
