Nice food, good staff, good beer. Definitely return again at some point.
The pizzas were awesome and the beer was cheap, such a lovely casual dinner on a Monday night
A really nice place - good atmosphere, good service, good pizza, and reasonable prices. I have been here before and would definitely go back again.
Would not rate it one of the 7 best pizza places in London. Was just OK. Service was a bit slow Forgot to do a few things - our starters, water at the table. Bill was incorrect.
Very enjoyable lunch but not quite as good as previous experiences, may have been a function of the busy festive period. Interesting pizza toppings and friendly service
Great pizza, not a squishy American type but lovey base, plus friendly and quick service, nice big space with more tables than I was expecting from posted pics.
Straight onto the table, speedy service and great food. Very reasonable prices and good variety of pizzas and drinks. I will be visiting again pretty soon.
Really really good pizza, great beer, generally all in all a good spot that you’d be happy to go back to. Understated in many ways, main advantage being it wasn’t full of bells. Good atmosphere.
Interesting Canadian-style pizza. Staff was friendly and food delicious. They have both regular, vegetarian and even vegan options, not to mention gluten-free options. I enjoyed the Chaltham (which is essentially spicy Hawaii). They have decent selection of artisan beer.
Best pizza in London, whether adding ingredients to the basic or interesting menu options. Great beer selection and lovely staff. Value for money. Good atmosphere.
Pizza was fantastic and the craft beer range is extensive. Loved the variety of on tap beers. Very reasonably priced and good service as well.
Nice relaxed venue. We enjoyed our pizzas. Good selection of vegan and vegetarian pizzas as well. We would definitely go back another time. Thanks very much!
Great food but really unfriendly service- they couldn't wait for us to eat and leave. Would not return as decent pizza is not hard to find in London and other places have staff who don't give the impression of resenting you for walking through the door.
Great pizzas and excellent beer. Good service albeit a bit slow, but there were quite a few of us. Well worth the visit and will go again.
Brilliant pizza with great vegan and veggie options. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Quick service if you book which makes it a good work lunch option for groups.
Great service, great food, and really great prices. The staff were very attentive. Only issue was the size of the pizza - they were very big especially when ordering starters as well. Luckily they let us take it away.
fantastic pizzas! Highly recommend the salmon one! Also an interesting range of beers. Good feed, nice atmosphere. Will go back!
Amazing dairy free pizza - the best in london. The calzone is out of this world. Will keep coming back. THANK YOU WEDGE ISSUE PIZZA.
Great restaurant with amazing pizza and staff. The service was prompt and pizza was very good though crust could have been better. Will come again.
Wedge Issue is a great place as it serves such delicious food. The seitan pasta was delicious and the staff are super friendly. Will go back!
I booked a table for 20 people and 22 people turned up! Luckily the staff found us another larger table and set it up really quickly. The service was really good and we managed to get in, order, eat and pay within 1.5 hrs. Food was good too :)
It was great - awesome pizzas, great service and lovely beer. We will definitely be back in the not too distant future for our lunchtime team meetings!
Wedge Issue pizza's are really tatsty and i'm loving the fact that they now have vegan pepperoni and seitan etc. Will definitely be visiting again!
(Smell from the lavatories comes into dining space.) Soggy pizza. Not as good as it used too be. Significantly worse. Someone should update the glorious reviews they display. Disappointing.
Bad service, we were in there for 4 hours because it took so long to get someone’s attention. Vegan cheese is also weird. Good beer
Good service, pizza was ok - I expected the vegetarian pizzas to have more actual vegetables on them (it was mainly cheese!). But a cheerful place for lunch with nice staff.
Slow - we only ordered one pizza and a salad and waited 45 mins. People being served before us who arrived after. The side salad was awful not worth £6. Salad was like it was out of a packet with brown marks where it had been cut so it wasn't fresh and I asked for it without feta but still charged full price. I've been before and it was ok so must have been an off day.
Good to find a local place in Clerkenwell which serves vegan pizza. Nice atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, wide choice of pizze, and very well located for lunch.
Excellent pizzas, large and very tasty. Good range of beers and lager. Real Ale and Bitter a little too cold for full flavour. They also now do a small selection of deserts. Recommend the pizza dough with hot melted chocolate, lovely. Rather cool temperature in the restaurant but it was an especially cold day. Would definitely return as good value
Delicious pizza and a great selection of craft beer. You know it's good pizza when you eat all of your crusts. My favourite pizza place in London!
There were great student deals on Mondays and Saturdays (just £5 pizzas) as well as a really great range for vegans and veggies! Quick service as well
Average pizza - the sauce tasted like it'd come out if a can. Abysmal service - the girl serving would give one word responses that were virtually inaudible.
Pizza was great but service was a bit lacking. It was a pretty quiet evening but no one offered to fill up the water jug & we weren’t asked if we wanted dessert /coffee.
Visited the restaurant for a team lunch with my colleagues - there was plenty of space, service was quick and friendly, and the pizzas were delicious!
Was some of the best pizza I've eaten in my life. Wasn't waiting long for it either. Good selection of beers. Will try the coffee next time but am a big fan of the Perky Blenders anyway.
Very nice pizzas and beer. Shame there was no alternative soft drink for the drivers amongst us, otherwise we may have stayed a little longer. Also no desert options either which seems somewhat strange. Would go back as good price and nice for what we had.
Nice place, pizza was good and staff were friendly but the service was really slow. Had to ask for our order to be taken and our pizza took a good 25 minutes to arrive - expected quicker service at lunchtime.
Vegans be warned - the cooks handling meat also make your vegan food without cleaning hands and utensils between touching meat and moving on to vegan. This was considered not to be an issue by management when pointed out to them. However for those who are vegan on religious, moral or allergy grounds this is of concern. Left leaving a 25% tip but nevertheless a nosey customer accused us of making an issue to gain a discount!
Lovely food and great choice but service was slow and a huge table that came in after is was served first which didn't help. Staff were friendly.
Took a while to arrive, but the pizza was delicious. Also happy with the fact that they serve mead, which is quite a rare find. Staff was very friendly.
The pizza was fine but I have to say had two hairs in mine, so I definitely wouldn't go back there in a hurry and probably wouldn't recommend
Lovely pizza and great service. Good for quick lunch. My pizza was delish as were the pizzas of my lunch mates. Would definitely go back.
Delicious pizza and wonderful selection of local 'craft' beers at a very reasonable price. Good vegan and veggie options too. Highly recommended. We will be returning.
Slightly disorganised, slightly disinterested service?? Lovely pizza though, great vegetarian & vegan choices too. And good selection of craft beer & wine. Wouldn't rush back but wouldn't avoid!
The pizza was ok, the Honey beer was better. Service was ok, we got our food quick enough to eat there in a lunch hour. I'd recommend 'The Smithfield Meat Market' pizza.
Great pizza, good beers. What's not to like! Definitely would recommend this place to go out for team dinners or with friends after work. Only service could be a bit more on the ball :-)
The food is always excellent when I visit, and the staff are really friendly. The craft beers are very good also. Always best to book a table as lunch times get busy!
Went at 1pm Friday lunchtime and waited an hour. There was a big group and they couldn't cope. Food was good when it came. Also smelt of burnt food as inadequate ventilation.
unfriendly staff, waited 1h before getting our drinks and 2h before getting our food. such a shame, the pizza is really good but the experience was extremely frustrating.
Nice restaurant. Did what I was looking for in that it could accommodate a big group including a couple of kids. The pizzas were good quality, I had a a Soho which was decent but the Smithfield Meat Market made me jealous so perhaps a better option. Interesting selection of beer too. No issues with service, as you would wish it to be - relaxed, friendly and polite.
