Great food with great service - highly recommend it anytime

We really really wanted to enjoy this place. We love bbq:American food. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately the food was not great. I had the ribs which was the most expensive item on the menu. They were just ok but the portion was small for £17 and they came overly smothered in sauce. The chips was excellent. Very crispy. The onion rings smelt off and therefore I could not eat them. I mentioned this to the waitresses and I was quite disappointed that she did not offer to take it away, she just apologised and said I hope you enjoy your meal. The Mac n cheese was just a luke warm mush. It is always a huge concern when the food comes out so quickly. Am pretty sure their waffles would be good and hence their breakfast maybe ok but we unfortunately won’t be returning. Shame really because as mentioned the staff were friendly and we love this type of food.

Great team, and absolutely one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. Highly recommended. Your kids will love it and so will you!

What a lovely place. Staff are so up beat and happy, food size is great, couldn’t finish mine. Interactive tables, big hit with the kids. Only problem being a family of 6 it’s laid out more for groups of 4. Definitely our new eating spot.

The children loved their burgers and shakes and the cool ‘play’ tables. Good size portions.

Absolutely great place to eat out. The food is great the atmosphere is great the staff are amazing. We went for my son's 10th Birthday and he loved it! Will recommend to all my friends and family 100%!

Good fast service and delicious food and drinks reasonable price too

We went for a treat for the end of SATS. We booked a table which I was glad about as it’s quite small and it was busy. Kids loved playing on the interactive table. Waffles were delicious. Definitely would recommend

Bit of a mix up with the booking but the manager and staff were very accommodating and got us a table as soon as they could, the food was great, the service was very good and we had a great time and will visit again soon.

We all had a fantastic time celebrating my son's birthday at Waffle Jack's - the food was delicious and the interactive table is amazing. The owner was very welcoming and looked after us incredibly well. We can't wait for our next visit.

Over rated, over hyped and most definitely over priced. Cramped seating arrangements and most definitely not what we had expected unfortunately. Would never eat there again!

Lovely staff. Extremely busy so definitely need to book and also busy with takeaways but service was still excellent. Didn’t have wait long for food despite how busy they were. Some of the food lacked flavour but will definitely be back to try breakfast!

A special Birthday celebration ruined by poor food other than nachos which were ok, greasy interactive tables, door left opened by delivery drivers who came and left frequently leaving us freezing. No ales as stated on menu only Budweiser availabile despite other guests drinking wine with no explanation given. Overall a terrible experience and upset as the day can’t be repeated. Only saving grace were friendly staff. Not happy!

Restaurant was very small only has 4 large tables and 3 high round tables with stools. Manager said business doing well stay or go. Left.

Absolutely amazing restaurant food top class and the service is better!!!! Cant simply rate this restaurant enough 10/10. And the milkshakes are a must, along with the NYC all day breakfast!
