Excellent food,excellent service,overpriced for what we received came away feeling that we had not received value you for money.Would think twice before considering another visit.

Great food well prepared, amazing carbonara and delicious pizza. Lovely Friendly service, attentive but not rushed or over the top and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent restaurant with excellent food! Noisy and overcrowded towards the end of out meal and had to wait to receive our bill while not being able to hear each other talk!

The food was amazing!!! The staff are so funny, relaxed and accommodating. Good value for money as the portions are large for a tapas restaurant

It was our 1st visit and it won't be the last. The flavours were wonderful and not what I would do at home. There was a large variety of food which will tempt us back again and again. The fried courgettes looked very tempting. Service was good and not rushed. Excellent.

As always great food and wonderful wines, the service is attentive without being over bearing. We are all looking forward to going back soon. 10/10.

The Italian tapas theme is good.Nice ambience, although a little small and cramped and speaker next to the table was annoying. Nice staff. Good food , if a little pricey. We would go again.

A lovely chilled atmosphere ideal for a large or small group we really enjoyed ourselves. Excellent service and the selection of food was excellent. We will certainly be going again very soon.

Poor service the staff were more interested in their wine tasting event they were having amongst themselves then us. Foot average but not great. Won't be back.

An interesting take on Italian food. The restaurant was consistently busy and you could see why. The tapas style of eating suited the food nicely and we would definitely go again.

Great food & atmosphere although the Prosecco on the pricey side! A good choice of dishes and the staff very friendly and helpful when making choices.

Fantastic place, my beautiful wife is one of the waitresses!! Had a fantastic time with the mother in law last week and look forward to going again. I really recommended the duck Gnocchi!! :)

Do not go here and get shoved on the ground floor. Very bad service, food all good but service and ambience terrible. What a shame, I've been mid week downstairs and it was lovely. Very disappointed.

Lovely atmosphere at the restaurant, the staff are always friendly and the food is outstanding. Me and partner love to visit, the menu is delicious.

Absolutely fantastic night in this real little find in ramsbottom. The food was simply delicious and presented really well. The atmosphere was vibrant and really added to our night. It's not the cheapest of restaurants, but when the food was as good as this, you don't mind paying for the quality. Can't wait to return, very soon!

Another fantastic meal at the Venetian . This time we went for lunch to celebrate our daughters 18th . The food was delicious, just a shame we couldn't have cocktails as paolo wasn't there when we arrived

Excellent! Superb choice of food on the menu, the staff are great friendly and very helpful, we will definitely tell friends and family about this restaurant and we will be returning for a second visit ourselves.

Not sure what to expect. Italian equivalent of Spanish tapas and very good it was too. Quality of food good and service caring but not intrusive. Worth another visit.

Disappointed. Food Not as good as I hoped- bit overpriced for what you get. Service was good though and ambiance good. Will probably not go again.

We were served very quickly, however the main part of the course arrived several minutes after the accompanying vegetables, which were then only warm by the time the beef medallion arrived. We both ordered the same meal and should have received medium cooked medallions with a peppercorn sauce, not the rare ones we received. When this was mentioned they did replace one with the correct order, but being mindful of the rapidly cooling vegetables and rather than wait for mine to be replaced I decided not to ask for mine to be replaced because the waiter had already left without asking if mine was okay as well. Then there was rather loud music being played and so we couldn't enjoy a conversation between ourselves as you would expect over dinner in a restuarant. We left at the earliest opportunity to go somewhere else where we could actually have a conversation in relative peace. We won't be going back!

The food was lovely , service was ok ... Had to ask for dessert menu ! Just wasn't as attentive as they could of been. Would eat there again though.

Superb food and service downstairs in the Hideaway. The selection of dishes gets better every time we go. Live music to listen and dance to topped of a great night. Highly recommend!

Our table was available for us when we arrived. The service was Sxcellent and in no way rushed. The food and wine was fantastic. To be highly recommended.

Good location, good atmosphere and great food, the menu has a great selection and the staff are very friendly and more than helpful to assist with your orders and how much to order.

Table booked for half eight, was busy so asked to wait downstairs until other diners finished desserts and someone will get us shortly. After 20 minutes of no one getting back to us I asked one of the staff to check if table was ready. They also never came back to us so at 9pm we told them of the poor service (there were two free tables when we went upstairs) and got a refund for our drinks. Shame as has a nice menu, but it doesn't know whether it wants to be a restaurant or a bar... Too many non diners downstairs seem to affect waiting staff coming to and fro from kitchen and make for noisy dining environment.

Great evening, lovely food and a great wine list. We would highly recommend the Venetian Hideaway to anyone looking for a relaxed evening in Ramsbottom

A thoroughly enjoyable meal. There were three of us and we shared each other's choices, which meant we could have a taster of food we might not have ordered ourselves. Every dish was hot and tasty and the service from the staff was excellent.

Good food, nice portions, friendly staff. Would go again most certainly. Would recommend the carbonara. Has nice lager on tap and good coffee (lavazza). Great
