More about the restaurant: Vadah
Dear diners, for Friday and Saturday bookings, please contact the restaurant directly.
It would be a shame to waste such a prime venue on a run-of-the-mill Indian restaurant, so it’s very fortunate that Vadah moved into this stunning riverside space in Stockton. Vadah has matched the breathtaking location (with views straight over the River Tees) of their Castlegate Mill restaurant with equally breaktaking food by introducing traditional Indian cuisine to contemporary flair and fine-dining aesthetics. Award-winning chef Kaysar Ahmed offers exquisite versions of some comforting favourites – we’re yet to find a better dhansak lentil curry in Stockton’s city centre – but then pushes the envelope with a staggering list of intriguing regional dishes and innovative contemporary creations. If you’re spoilt for choice and can’t decide, Vadah’s friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to help.
