We Went for set menu A, It was the best. Lovely friendly people, excellent service. If you enjoy Thai food this restaurant is a must.

Amazing place to eat. Been there second time and definitely not the last one, prices are reasonable, food is fresh and authentic, service good, what else would You expect? :)

It was a excellent evening and a excellent meal in lovely surroundings. We have eaten there many times and we have never been disappointed. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Lovely food, lovely to see the manager in her National Costume, she coped very well on her own, as a member of staff had let her down.

Great service, fabulous atmosphere and lovely food - a really great evening out. It was very busy, but we always had enough service, at a very relaxed and enjoyable pace. Fixed price menu is great value for money.

Service was extremely slow. From when we arrived the table wasn't fully set up and only one menu for 4. They only cleared half the table after our starters. Not to say that the 2 girls weren't lovely, they were busy, they needed additional help. The food was good but everything my husband chose wasn't available so his experience wasn't so good.

Very nice restaurant, food is very good, the restaurant spotless clean and staff very friendly. A small parking but normally enough street parking is available.

We got a warm welcome, a very clean place, the drinks were cold, the food excellent and hot. Can recommend this restaurant. Enough street parking around it.

Great food, lovely restaurant and friendly staff.The reason that it doesn't score higher is it is so expensive. We all loved the meal but I would be hesitant to go back due to the cost. Otherwise can't fault it.

Beautiful and very tasty food. Really great service, not too rushed or too slow. Car parking was a little tight but there is on road parking available instead.

The flavours of the starters were not to the standard I have come to expect from Thai food the main course was no better than I could have made from a jar of sauce for the supper markets.

The staff were so friendly and relaxed and the atmosphere was calming. We felt amazing after the meal as we were so relaxed. The food was so delicious. Found the pad Thai a little bit sweet for our taste. Massaman curry best we've tasted! We'll definitely be back! Thank you.

Lovely warm welcome as we drove into the car park, which continued throughout our dinner at Tiien Thai. Great food, wine, service and ambience. The best Thai in the area by far. See you again soon.

Excellent food as always, never fails to please. Friendly staff. Parking can be an issue but the staff managed to squeeze us in. Will always recommend.

We have visited Tiien Westbourne several times and have always enjoyed the experience. The staff are charming. Our waitress was efficient and the restaurant atmosphere was very nice, with other diners also enjoying the evening.

Fantastic evening! The food was yummy and loads of it. The service was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived- the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a lovely decor and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend to all.

This was our second visit and it was very busy being a Friday night,I would have given full marks if my stir fry had been hotter but never the less good

We really enjoyed our first visit to Tiien. There was great atmosphere and we all chose different courses and all enjoyed each one. We will be back.

The food was amazing, fresh and hot! The portions were a good size and the aymosphere pleasant. We weren't rushed but the waitresses could have been a bit more attentive

Visited on a Friday evening and easy to book table. Very pleasant surroundings, good menu choice with tasty food and polite staff. We will return.

Fabulous meal and service. Will definitely return. Decor simple but effective. Prices also reasonable. Food beautifully presented and did not have to wait too long. Off the beaten track but this makes it easier to park.

The food was a real let down. Not authentic Thai food. Very bland. Not sure if the chef was even Thai. Sorry will not be going there again.

Not a big restaurant but very nice, clean and very friendly service. The girl was wearing a Thai dress, was very friendly and efficient. The food was very nice. A couple of nice wines on the wine list. Excellent.

First time here and we thoroughly enjoyed the food (set menu 1 for 4) and the friendly ambience. Small and cosy, so definitely book! Service a little slow , so glad we weren't in a rush.

I would have given this a 6 as the food and service were impeccable. What lets this restaurant down is the cold temperature. Whilst eating with my coat on I kept thinking of my warm home that I had left and wishing I had got a takeaway! Being a Saturday night, the restaurant was packed so it must be even colder on a not so busy week night. Such a shame as the food was delicious. I will be back in the summer.

Charming staff, spotless rooms, tasty breakfast, great location! The only downside was that I was woken up during the night by doors slamming - easily resolved by fitting door closers? We had dinner in their restaurant too, which was delicious! 😋

Cozy clean calm eating... Great location not too noisy and lovely staff. Speed up the service from hot plate to table and offer alternative wines should you be out of some stocks .... will visit again

Lovely meal especially the Tamarind Duck and the tempura vegetables they were just delicious! Very pleasant staff and nice atmosphere. Will definitely go again soon.

Food excellent - disinterested waiter. Hate to mention this - perhaps he had problems that were worrying him. We will visit again partly because of the food and also because we could converse comfortably.

Helpful table staff and good choice of Thai food. Although we asked for spicey, I think the kitchen staff are afraid to make the food really spicey. Nevertheless an excellent meal.

VERY Friendly staff, quality food and nice atmosphere. Lovely experience. Our daughter liked it and the staff were very attentive. Only suggestion would be to add a kid option.
