Good smoke but took time to get the shisha pot.

Shisha didn’t smoke well at all. Ice pipe was below average. Waited over 30 minutes for shisha pot when lounge wasn’t even that busy.

Thank you, staff are very helpful and normally I’m picky with the shisha but I can say one of the best I’ve had

- The waiter spoke no English - we found it very hard to order food . He was rushing us to order our Shisha whilst we were eating - The waiter said if we don’t choose to pay as we ordered our food he will hold our credit cards till the end just so we don’t run off - he advised this is for his security. - On his phone whilst at work - talking about personal issues out loud - Very very bad experience - other than that amazing garden - food was good

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were consistently being pressured to spend more money on shisha that we didn’t want/ need and when we finally said no we were told to leave and they put two other customers on our table even though we were still seating there. I booked a table for 8 but the table given could barely fit 5. Slow cleaning plates from our table and even had times were our order was forgotten. Definitely won’t be coming back and others shouldn't waste there money here either

Good food and fast shisha coal changing. Belly dancer didn’t come at the time we were told she was coming is only negative. But overall good.

The drinks, shisha and food was good but it was hard to order... one told us we couldn’t order from them, the next said they would find someone... that someone never came. Needed to get up and get our own menu’s (three times).... poor waiting staff. I also got a call beforehand to check if we were still attending, then said there would be a 90 min curfew.... which put us off (almost to the point where we almost cancelled our booking)... but when we got there the time limit didn’t apply.... service and waiting staff not good. Drinks, food, shisha & music on point.

The staff were rude, and caused unnecessary problems, as we didn’t want to order more than one shisha, i been there before with a bigger amount of people and this wasn’t a problem, so we were kicked out the bar

Terrible organisation over pricing and unprofessionalism, clearly in over their head. Completely ruined my 21st birthday celebration. Left only after 1 hr after the continuous miscommunication. Several people saying various things over the phone in contrary to what was being said on the night. Just straight awful, do not come in a group this place is not catered for large party’s. The said vip was nothing vip but the prices, the heaters in that section didn’t work.. there was no music in that section .. dry hostile atmosphere

Expected much more on NYE. At midnight, no celebration as such, instead celebrating a staff birthday. Music was rubbish also. Would not go here again for NYE again. Just a standard night.

Service wasn’t so good. Some of the staff didn’t bother about customer service/satisfaction. In simple words cuz it was a Friday they were busy, they didnt seem to care about service.

Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect, the food was fantastic and flavourful with good prices and the drinks were amazing. Oh yeah the music was a great vibe aswell 😂

Food was amazing but unfortunately due to one member staff attitude kind of put me of from visiting again. Felt we were being rushed. Our reservation was moved an by 1 hr ealier and was told no more reservations after a certain but people were still beong seated well pasted that time.

Staff were so nice and helpful, also very friendly and made the experience that much more great! We booked VIP lounge and I guess it was slightly more expensive but worth it in general. Overall we had a good time and would recommend to others.

One of the best Shisha bars in north London, however you are paying a premium for this. Indian food is good also. Overall I like this place, but taking my credit card before ordering is a little strange, and as I mentioned earlier Shisha is unnecessarily expensive.

My favourite place of all time shisha is amazing also staff are very helpful and friendly , And it’s a really nice atmosphere , also the cakes are so scrumptious x

Lovely ambience; friendly staff, generous portions and nice shisha, would recommend, nice looking venue, only downside is lack of parking as the main road outside can be rather busy.

Service wasn’t great, the staff especially the men were quite rude. Wouldn’t recommend this to someone who wants a good time with great service. You’d expect a decent standard of service considering their prices. Avoid if you can.

Great atmosphere, exceptional food, brilliant value for money, attentive staff and plenty of workers. Understood fasting traditions and acted professionally according to it. Shisha lasted long, and tested great, 2 hours etc waiting time is a negative, but understood when busy.

We asked to move to the table next to us (party of two) we were told no and sat two ppl down next to us 10 mins later. Couldn’t understand why we weren’t allowed just to move over prior to them sitting the other couple down?

Nice shisha and music, only parking is questionable as only street parking available from what I gathered and I've only seen double yellow lines everywhere. Other than that, good place.

Great Shisha, lovely vibe and great food . Staff were attentive to your needs. Will go back again. Chairs were comfortable and the price was affordable.

Service was slow and shisha wasnt very smokey not same as my experience. I think everyone was too fussed on fitting people in than the service. First experience was amazing and i will still be coming as i know how good it is when tigerbay isnt too busy.

They said £30 a head but then told us it’s a 90 minutes limit due to the fight halfway though. They also kept blocking the tv after telling the staff 50 times not too. Waited for drinks for 45 minutes.

Great place to chill out best shisha bar I’ve been to so far, stay away from the gummy bear shisha it wasn’t very nice, but overall great night

Very busy but thats not a bad thing. In my eyes it is highly rated. Very nicely laid out. Service was quick and helpful. Definitely recommend and definitely will be going back!!

Receptionist lady wasn’t really nice and also put us in a small space. We had to get up and pay when our food or shisha hadn’t even arrived. We was moved to a another table with was dirty which still had left overs from the last people who used it. My first time there and it was just poor service overall

I booked this place to watch the Superbowl. Heard good things about it so I thought I would give it a try. I booked online saying I wanted to watch the Superbowl, I also then called them saying if they are showing the Superbowl which they confirmed. In the end they ended up closing at 1-1:30am. Such poor communication with customers. Even the manager said he was sorry and that I have a drink with him. I will not be returning here at all unless the manager or owner gets in contact with me regarding this issue and how they will go about to resolve it.
