Okay food, large seating room and authentic look to the deco
The food is good as usual and staff are friendly. They’re very busy in the evening tho so the waiting time is a bit long
Very authentic Szechuanese food packed with spice! Really appetising dishes flavoured with numbing peppercorns. Reasonable pricing and good hygiene. Even has air conditioning which is perfect for eating sweat inducing chilli dishes in the summer
Excellent food and friendly staff. Great selection and very authentic Sichuan cuisine. Will most definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for great value hotpot too.
Have been here so many times. Always good, sometimes the dish would be a bit more spicy or salty than usual but overall it’s still pretty good
Tasty food amazing service no problem at all and staff is kind as well would recommend to everyone not gonna waste time definitely if visit the restaurant
Lovely food from the Szechuan menu (is you chose the ingredients, it comes in one big bowl of delicious spice broth. More than enough for two. Service friendly but slightly erratic.
Food is really nice, and we all enjoyed the meal. Highly recommend. But the hotpot dishes looks a little bit low key as everything is mixed in a large tray (doesn’t look good)
The food here is exxcellent if you like hot and spicy. I'd recommend the salt and pepper squid. The service is efficient and overall, I'd say this restuarnt is well worth a visit.
We had a hotpot, it was nice! would love to come back especially winter time.
Nice staff and good environment. We went there for hotpot and the food were alright although not top-notch; but the consider the price it’s still a bargain for a good hotpot in West London
Food is fantastic, best in London! Staff friendly and efficient and great food experience. The menu is very interesting and the cook on the table hotpot is a favourite. Children friendly. Great atmosphere
It was really close to the underground station and the shopping centre. We had the hot pot and the price is reasonable. The food was really good and I really enjoy it.
The service was great and the food was really good and has a variety of dishes, would be nicer if they had more beef and chicken dishes.
The food and service were very good but the restaurant was too cold! We went at 8.30pm and had to ask to be moved to another table away from the front window. Even then my wife had to keep her coat on throughout the meal.
We received an incredible service! Waiters have been very kind! We ordered hot pot for 3 and we did 2 rounds of food. Everything was very good, highly recommend! We will come back for sure!
The hot pot wasn't as good as usual, the food may not be that fresh with bad quality. Service was quite strange there. May not com back next time
Great hot pot! Very cosy place with authentic quisine, great hot pot with choice stock and meats, vegetables and tofu to cook, all you can eat style.
In my humble opinion, the best Szeuchan food I've had in London at excellent prices. All the food was great and I recommend heartily the steamed / boiling chilli fish!
Great and original Chinese dishes. The portions are generous and the staff are trying hard to please the guests. However, it was overpriced; especially the vegetarian dishes.
The food was amazing and we all enjoyed the hotpot very much. Would have been better if there was a mentioning on the website about paying in cash.
Both me and my friend enjoyed the Great authentic Chinese food and service. If you like spicy food this place has a wide selection. The menu has a lot of food selections and had photos of all of the dishes. Would definitely visit again.
We already booked the big table one month ago and confirmed several times, but the waitress did not want to take us to the big one. She insisted to leave it there and wanted us to stay in a small one. We understand it was so busy on that day, but the waitress's attitude was not good at all. Poor service.
Nice buffet hotpot. The service has room for improvement as we waited a long time for food refill and was told the dinner is limited to 1.5 hours only toward the end. I appreciated they were busier than usual on Chinese New Year day though
Great place to celebrate Chinese New Year. All excellent except the dan dan noodles and the chicken with chili weren't very spicy. Delicious shredded potatoes.
Went for hot pot! It was a good value ,you can get full of hot pot less than £20 /person . Would like to recommend it!
Really good restaurant, you can get proper Chinese food here. Hot pot is the must try! Better than any of other hot pot restaurants in Chinatown.
Good food, but service was awful. Staffs should learn to smile and be more attentive. They look like they can't be bothered sometimes. We got the hot pot, which was nice but not sure why each time we ordered more, the plates kept getting smaller and smaller each time.
I have been here for a few times and will definitely come back again. Must try if you like Chinese / spicy food. Couldn’t be happier.
A most enjoyable experience. We had the hotpot which was fun eating and also very tasty. The service was good and reasonably friendly. I would recommend to friends especially those who like spicy food.
The hot pot all-you-can-eat buffet at Tian Fu is great, I love it, I have been there quite a few times already. It is a little bit of a shame, as I always have the hot pot, I have yet to try the other a la carte dishes available.
The most authentic cuisine you can get anywhere in London. Absolutely spot on! The best tasting dishes we have had since we dined in Hong Kong. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!
The food was amazing and the service very prompt and pleasant. I can particularly recommend the fish hot pot and deep fried quid. I also liked the new tables.
My favorite Chinese in London. The chili fish served with red peppers and pepper corns in oil is amazing! The focus here is very much on the food rather than the decor/service But the food is that good who cares! :)
excellent customer service. nice food and friendly staff. great place for hot pot. celebrated my friend's birthday there and they were very helpful and flexible in the arrangement. thanks
Brilliant food, authentic dishes. One feels confident of the quality when 90% of the diners were Chinese ... and they were really tucking-in! I’d certainly go again. Slight niggle, haphazard service and we couldn’t use an American card which needed a signature.
The staff is quite friendly and the food is authentic. The service was very fast. The amount of food served was very generous. All in all, a good one!
The staff were very accommodating. We were seated immediately and they were very informative about the food. It was my first time having hot pot and I had a wonderful lunch.
It took some time to ask a staff to serve the table. But the food was fresh, we did not have tummyache after the meal.
Very good, we tried the hotpot and it did not disappoint. Great variety of vegatables, and meat. Seafood was lacking a bit of freshness though
Authentic taste of Sichuan cuisine and offers generous portion sizes. Great atmosphere to catch up with friends. Hot pots available - perfect for a wintery day.
We do not live in London, but most of our trips to London involve a visit here. Dishes are authentic Sichuan flavour. It can get very busy at times, but food is always nice!
Very good food, the only issue was that I booked for 11 people and the table they allocated was clearly not meant for 11. This had cause for 2 people of our party to actually skip the dinner plan.
Very yummy and great service. WEll done. Well Done. I will definitely go back again and eat there with friends and enjoy the delicious food.
Very good atmosphere. We were many people on the table but Service was quick and nice. Great food at good/reasonable prices. I would visit again.
We tried the Sichuan Hot Pot and it was amazing. Very kind staff, they explained us how to eat it. Price is ok - for sure you don't feel hungry after, and if you were you could always ask for more (the hot pot comes with a buffet).
Amazing restaurant for hot pot with friends n family, it's walking distance from my place. Authentic taste n good service. Definitely going here again next month with friends.
We had a really lovely meal. The food was wild, and the service was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place for really good szechuan food!
This is an excellent authentic Sichuan cuisine, Szechwan, or Szechuan restaurant. I have only eaten there oncer but the food was outstanding and the staff both friendly and efficient. It is mostly full of asian customers, which is a testament to the authenticity of this place. I had hot pot, which was very popular there that night. It was my first time and the staff gave me very helpful guidance - be ware, this cuisine can be very hot, so choose with care! My only criticism is the poorly designed facade and window which doesnt make this restaurant seem as excellent as it is. I hope the management keep it that way so I will be able to get a table if i'm there on a saturday night!
Great Chinese regional cuisine, accurate taste and good service too! Ying Yang Hotpot buffet was the highlight but there are also many other great dishes!
