Had lovely meal with plenty of dishes to choose from. Went with the fish and chips for a change and really enjoyed the fish even though it was not fresh but is the norm in these places.
really nice bar had a few drinks and somethuing to eat fair prices all round
Friendly servers and good portions. Went for the nachos and the sausages mash. No complaints at all
Fair value, good for families and lots of traditional dishes on the menu that will suit nearly everyone
So difficult to choose as everything on the menu was my type of food, Ended up with the chicken ham pie with my colleague having the mac burger. Both pleased with choices and top service
Really disappointed in our visit not much christmas choice on menu oot as good as it used to be
Unfortunately items we tried to order were not available (to be fair it was 3pm) so very limited choice for our vegetarian - she ended up with a jacked potato with butter. Mainly American style foods with almost no healthy options. We didn't order, but the burger and chips at the next table looked really nice! Nice and quiet, away from the bustle of the town centre, looking out over to the Hard Days Night hotel which was interesting. Bar staff attentive and cheerful. I think it's a good place to go for a relaxing drink, but the food is not for me.
Would return again. Nice food, lovekt staff, great atmosphere. Spot on
