The Wild Swan - Minskip

The food was very flavoursome and we felt the portion sizes were very good on all four meals. We booked an early evening table to catch the early bird menu [which was still advertised on the website] only to find the restautant was not offering it during July. This was disappointing but the meal we had was good.

The family had a nice meal after the long awaited lockdown. A pleasant atmosphere, good attentive service, though the food wasn’t quite up to previous visits.

Great service as always, delicious food and drink and a lot of thought had gone into keeping people safe, whilst still ensuring we had an enjoyable time.

Post lockdown so understandably unusual but the staff were really friendly and everything felt very safe and really well organised. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. The service, given the circumstances and precautions in place which I know aren't easy, was similarly as faultless as the food.

Great service and food. Just disappointed that we had to miss out on the cauliflower as the cheese sauce was already on it 😝. No problems with distancing and the staff all had masks on so felt safe inside. We'll be back in a couple of weeks 😃

Excellent first meal post lockdown, very well organised felt safe throughout in a way that didn’t detract from the overall experience of eating out. Food was as ever excellent and good value too.

Great food, wonderful staff and a lovely safe environment. They have made every effort with lots of hand sanitizers and a one way system that works very well. It is a lovely pub and well worth a visit.

First visit since lifting of lockdown and as tasty as always. Trimmed down menu, with great choices. Polite staff, wearing their brightly patterned masks. Delicious food..smoked salmon starters, followed by lamb & sea bass. All in all a lovely experience and congrats to the team

First time been out since outbreak of coronavirus, was very dubious about dining out,but from the minute we arrived our apprehension went,staff was very well covered with face mask,sanitizer went you arrive,a clear and well explained procedure on display on table about how service would be and precaution that had been taken,to protect customers and staff,Food was excellent as always,and staff very friendly,of course eating out is not going to be the same for a while,but I definitely will be going back

This was our visit to a restaurant for several months and it made a great change. The food was excellent and the staff were very attentive.

Great to be back at the Wild Swan, very impressed with the new layout and hygiene measures. Everything was perfect and gave us confidence to dine out again. Excellent food as always, especially the crab soup. A big thank you to the management and the friendly staff.

Been a few times and always enjoyed on a whole the food was excellent only comment poor selection of vegetables and mixed up ie leeks with peas in a sauce love leeks dislike peas so couldn't have..This is just small moan and will be back again as staff always so friendly..

Great lunch super staff always smiling nice fire well done

A pleasant experience. Menu choice is good, however, my crispy belly pork said it was accompanied by oriental vegetables. In essence there was just red onion and a few leaves. My companions prawn cocktail was watery.

A delightful young lady server made a huge positive contribution. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Food was good, not brilliant, just good.

Such a friendly place, it was my first visit on a friend's recommendation and really enjoyed it. Will be back. Good menu with something to suit all tastes and reasonable prices.

Popped in for a quick snack. Delicious sandwiches ! Timothy Taylor’s beer served at its best. If you update your website (still has Xmas Menus on, AND clear that fire exit which is blocked... I’ll give you full marks next time !

The best Sunday roast we’ve ever had in a restaurant!

We drive 50 mins for dinner and it’s well worth the drive! Always exceptional food and the staff are fantastic.
