As soon as we entered we were greatest and once booking was confirmed we were seated. It wasn't too busy with it being a Friday (fish and chips day and bonfire night celebrations near by) but the waiters were attentive and helpful when recommending different pizzas to different tastes. My husband had the rocky pizza and I had the farmer Parma. Both were hot on arrival and tasted amazing. Everything was clearly fresh and hand made. We did have a side order of fries which were not needed but we're also tasty. We would definitely visit again if near by.

Fabulous pizza. A group of six went for a meal to celebrate a birthday. The birthday girl received her pizza for free which was wonderful. Will definitely visit again. So tasty and good service x

Perfect pizza! Dough Loco pizzas are fantastic. Possibly the best in Lincoln. However, the restaurant lets the whole experience down. No atmosphere and a bit shabby. It’s a shame but 10 out of 10 for the food

First time we've visited dough loco, we were seated straight away and the staff were very friendly. We ordered our food and it was served within a reasonable amount of time. The kids enjoyed their pizza's and an added bonus that they ate for free on a Sunday. Food was really tasty, we'd definitely come back again.

Unfortunately there was a very noisy child whose mother did nothing to ease the noise - beyond the restaurants control, but still marred the evening a little.

We love Dough Loco and our visit today didn’t disappoint (not that it ever could). Food was awesome, service was great and the beer as always was fabulous, throw into the mix it’s pizza and a drink for £12.50 and you can’t go wrong!

Food was good but service was pretty terrible. Took us 2.5 hours to have pizzas and ice creams, and that was with us requesting attention and chasing things up.

Food- very good. 1hr to get a starter of veg sticks out for the kids- not very good! There 2hrs in total which was way too long, but, the pizza and arancini were VERY good. Others looked like they were served quicker, so it was probably a random experience.

We were waiting over half an hour for our drinks order to be taken. When the waitress arrived we ordered food at the same time. We waited a further 20 mins for the drinks to arrive and then 1hour for pizzas! Extremely disappointed. The explanation given was there was an offer on. We had the table booked for weeks before the night and the manager blamed the kitchen…..when actually, it was the front of house that were managing the orders poorly and over stacking the kitchen. When the manager delivered his explanation and was leaving our table he rolled his eyes at us!!!!! Not needed. We did receive a discount and he said he would remove the service charge (this is an optional payment, which we would have removed anyway). This ruined our evening. I had travelled 26 miles to have a long awaited evening with friends. This has put me off going back to this restaurant.
