Food was great and excellent service to go with it.

Amazing Sunday roast, both the beef and chicken! We will definitely be back!

Orerall good, was very warm in there for a while until eventually someone propped the doors open. I had the nut roast which was super bland, have had much better elsewhere. Great Yorkshire though. Great service. Good atmosphere.

service decent, friendly, the food was not that hot when served , but the potions were good. the white wine in the caraf was not very cold.

Very enjoyable and as always, a great place to catch up with a friend, ambient but quiet enough for a good chat.

Great food, too busy for a relaxing lunch as there was the rugby on and large groups of people in so table service suffered and was noisy but can’t fault the food.

Stonhouse always serve great food, and always have a good specials board too. Staff are friendly and polite.

I know I’m middle-aged but I don’t think the music needed to be as loud as it was. Hard to hear each other at times without raising our voices. Pub was full - plenty of chatter and conversation would have been better as background noise. Roast chicken was a bit dry - possibly ‘end of the day’ roast.

Friendly and accommodating staff. One of our guest was diabetic and they were patient with her diet selection. Always come here for a relaxing vibe with great food.

Delicious food in the lovely sunny garden. Great wine too!

The food and service were very good as usual. I would suggest to remove one / two tables so the customers can have some privacy and it feels like eating together with the people sitting next to you

Really enjoyed our visit to this pub. The food was awesome and the staff were really friendly and tentative.

One member of staff was really nice however was dampened down by the other who had severe “attitude”. Place was virtually empty and had lost the great atmosphere and buzz that it always had. The sea bream was nice but the burger was very poor standard. I have used this place a lot but it has lost something.

Hadn’t visited the Stonhouse for a few months, really enjoyed lunch and what a great team working yesterday, all friendly and efficient! Gorgeous roast chicken too!

all ways great fun and good food with lovely staff....just its become too expensive...£50 a head and yes, I know we had cocktails but still too expensive
