We went to the Salisbury for my boyfriend's birthday. The service was brilliant - we got a bottle of wine on the house. The food was delicious. I had beef which literally fell apart. Lovely relaxed surroundings. Would definitely recommend!
They offer a good portion size. The batter on my fish and chips was a little bit thick a and touch greasy - service was good
Lovely good, we went early evening so the restaurant was very quiet.
3 things had run out, which we weren't told about until we tried to order them. There were specials available which we weren't told about about until we eavesdropped on the next table's conversation. One of our cocktails clearly had an ingredient missing and the waitresses didn't even entertain the idea that they might have made a mistake
Great value 2-course lunch. The food was superb, served in a relaxed but efficient way. As my parents said, one of the very best meals they have had in a long time.
good food but our table was a bit drafty. Great staff and service. Good menu choices available, and also good menu pricing overall for our meal
When it first opened it was really lovely and the food was delicious - as time has gone on the atmosphere has changed The staff are nice but don't look like they really want to be there and it's just a little dull. There are better dining experiences in the south side I'm afraid to say
