Good tasty food, great friendly service would eat at the The old Rectory again
The kitchen seems at sixes and sevens but rescued by the lady waiting on our table who made every effort to sort out the problems and was fantastic. The food was fine - but the noise levels were awful although we were moved quickly to a much quieter part . Really if it was not for the noise it would have been fine and the management did make huge efforts to rectify the things that went wrong - so recommend
Really disappointed with the food. Limited menu. Food was overcooked. We were told there were no desserts available at all.
the staff were great and the music was jamming, thanks
Great experience. Good food and good service. Thank you Rectory!
Lovely! We had a delicious meal and lovely drinks. Would highly recommend
Food and environment good but service so slow and took2 hours to get main course. If u want slow afternoon drinking it’s good but u might be drunk before food arrives
Table had not been cleared when we arrived, had to ask them to clear it. Limited choice of main meals - only 3 other than burgers, yet one (sausages) wasn't available. Food was bland (fish and chips) compared to previous visits (have had excellent salmon before) No cutlery and napkins brought with the meal, we had to get them ourselves. No ketchup/mayo etc. offered with the meal, we had to ask at the bar. Table not cleared promptly after our meal so we ended up taking the plates up ourselves. Disappointing dining experience as otherwise its a really nice pub
