Amazing well worth it . Good food , staff friendly and value for money

was a really nice meal and nice pub to go to really helpful

It was for my wife's 65th birthday and yet again we were not disappointed, great food, service awesome couldn't fault it. Booked our next visit as well.

What I expected - a pub restaurant, but good quality food, better than your average pub fare. Nice and friendly. Offered us alternative seating (quieter/outside with heaters/etc.), but happy with what provided.

Steak night here really is great value and we have been several times so that says a lot. They say you should eat where the locals eat and here it is. My only criticism would be that more care ought to be taken to ensure that the steaks are all the same or as near as. One we had served on this occasion was thinner than a minute steak and against the others was pretty sad. This wasn't the first time this had happened either unfortunately. Having said that the food is always freshly cooked and it won't stop us from returning again soon.

Lovely food, great service, even though they were very busy.

Overall it was a tasty roast . No horseradish for the beef though .

Absolutely fabulous, the rib eye was perfect and I count bit size pieces so it was hot and rare more than medium. Service was very good, with a n impressive staffing level. It’s smoky but that’s to be expected with this type of dining
