The princess Victoria is my local pub and I love this place. Service is always great and food on point. With the new restrictions too could tell that they were doing their best to keep their staff and customers safe.

Great space and friendly helpful staff but sadly, lousy food.

Perfect experience for our first post-lockdown Sunday roast. The team was very nice and welcomed us with smiles, all social distancing precautions were in place and we just felt well all along. Great food and quality, nice pub atmosphere!

It was great to be back at our favourite pub. Everything felt normal, and safe. Looking forward to our next visit

Best Sunday Roast in West London for us. Delicious, generous portions and selections. Staff are always accommodating and the setting is lovely.

We felt very safe thanks to the precautions taken by the team. We missed the steak but the manager made a gesture of apology re: the bill. Service was friendly and efficient

Nice place but a few minor things , having to lay £1.50 for Yorkshire puddings on your roast is a joke, the rolled pork belly had no meat was just the fat part ....

Good food - service and staff not so good. Waitress was not very friendly and made everything seem like a major task. Every time we needed something we would need to wait to get someone’s attention also.

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a dietary requirement too, which the staff took very seriously. Felt really well looked after.

Loved the food - especially the specials and the pizza, and our husky puppy loved it too!

The food was lovely, and even my food critic father-in-law praised. The only issue we had this time around was that our order for mains seemed to get lost and while everyone around us that came in later than us was served we were left waiting, this was even worst has we had a 6 week old baby with us and with the delay we ended up having to eat in a bit of a hurry and with no dessert.

The food was delicious however was the first time I received the Sunday Roast -Belly pork without the Yorkshire pudding. The service was slow and made a mistake with my wine, and the dessert I wanted was not available when I ordered it.

Poor service, had to wait at least 20 mins to be serviced and the pub was. It full. Also unfair to have bar staff who was working at peak hours who did not know how to mix cocktails or standard drinks!!

Had to get our own drinks from the bar Each time and waited 40 mins to be served just to take first orders, after calling the waitress over she sauntered around the restaurant looking half asleep. The food was average... couldn’t finish the risotto- basically a bowl of rice and the charcuterie board came with 3 pieces of charcuterie that looked like scrumpled up 5 pound notes and they charge £9 for it. We used to come here a lot and so bringing our friends here from overseas was overall embarrassing- won’t be back.

Lovely pub and food. It was a bit expensive for what it was. Service staff were nice, but super slow in between courses! We would be finished with our course for up to 20 mins before they came to clear our plates!

My friend (who is blind and had her guide dog with her) and I were warmly welcomed, as was the dog who was provided with water without us even having to ask. Nice, informal and friendly atmosphere.
