The Peacock. We love The Peacock. We love it’s pizza, we love it’s prosecco, we love it’s gin list. It’s a bit of a fancy bird and although recently refurbished, The Peacock in Liverpool has been providing great pizza and creative nights out since 2008. On the happening Seel Street in Ropewalks, this is one you certainly won’t want to miss. Yes, yes, we did mention pizza, and The Peacock bakes every single one of theirs in its own artisan oven whilst experimenting with some rather curious toppings. The aptly named drunken scouser is topped with bangers, egg, bacon and mushrooms, while the hillbilly redneck is complete with spicy southern fried chicken, crumbled blue cheese and hot buffalo sauce.
