We visited yesterday, the food was very tasty & authentic, the waiter was very polite and courteous, especially towards my mother, will visit again soon.

Love Pasta love the Pasta Factory We just loved the atmosphere , ambience and the staff, this was our first visit with family it certainly won’t be our last,

Really delicious pasta and the waiter was very knowledgable about the menu and happy to accommodate us, good atmosphere too. We will definitely be going back!

Firstly the restaurant is very nice and spacious although I would say it’s trying to be too trendy. Service was excellent, staff made you feel very welcome. However I was very disappointed with the food. Two meat dishes out of 8 (and one was the special). If you’re vegetarian or want gluten free you can know yourself out here but not my cup of tea. I like a hearty pasta dish (be aware there were no pizzas here!). I ordered the venison. Very strange taste so strange I couldn’t finish it. My companion adored better with the lasagne. I had the mozzarella with sundries tomato to start. This was tasty but could have done with more bread, two small pieces of bruschetta wasn’t going to cut it! Overall I was rather disappointed as it wasn’t quite what I expected. Think I should have gone to Pizza Express!!!

Excellent pasta as usual. Cramped seating and increased prices make it less value for money than what it used to be. Hopefully they can pull it around as the food is delicious.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere as usual, you won’t find better pasta in Manchester. I highly recommend the pasta factory to anybody, you’re guaranteed to have a fantastic meal.

As always, had a brilliant experience at Pasta Factory, food was fantastic as where all the staff. Could not recommend enough, if you are in Manchester and like Italian, try it!!

We had the bruschetta for starter and the filled mushroom ravioli with truffel for main. It was absolutely delicious and very good service! Mille grazie!

Food and customer service excellent. Friendliest restaurant we have been to in Manchester City Centre. Very good range of vegan, veggie and animal dishes. Would definitely recommend.

The food is always good, staff is friendly. Our table was put in am awkward place, but this is just a small detail. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Very impressed. Great food and a great ambience. My wife has to have a gluten free diet and was looked after expertly. The cake that she was offered for dessert was excellent, home made as well.

Food overall was very nice and would probably visit again (had the xmas vegan menu). However one pudding arrived (and was finished) before the other two arrived; the other two had slighlty frozen centres. The service was good. (Rose 6:45pm Friday 7th December)

The food was absolutely delicious with a great selection for vegetarians and vegans. Service was friendly and quick, and staff were happy to make recommendations. Will definitely visit again.

Food here is amazing. Best pasta I think I've ever had. Service was also excellent as the staff explained ever dish in detail and also wine recommendations to suit our chosen meal. Would recommend to anyone that wants an authentic pasta experience.

I had heard very good things about The Pasta Factory before visiting, so I was prepared to enjoy myself. The meal I had exceeded my expectations, everything I heard was true. This place is an absolute gem. Fantastic from top to bottom. Please eat here, you will not regret it.

It’s really great here-delicious, authentic Italian food served by fun and efficient staff. It’s very popular so book to avoid disappointment. This is the second time I’ve been and it was great both times.

My boyfriend got food poisoning from the mushroom ravioli. I went for my sisters birthday after having a great experience last time. However I definitely will not be visiting again.

I’ve been to the pasta factory many times, the quality of the food is exceptional and I already rate it as one of the best restaurants in Manchester and my opinion hasn’t changed after this visit. Friendly traditional vibes in the small but intimate setting and most importantly great food and wine!

Pasta impeccable as usual however the, usually excellent , service fell short on this visit. Left waiting for far too long by a waitress who was super attentaive to all of her other tables & had to rush out, skipping coffee, to make another appointment. Would definitely return but probably in less of a hurry than between my last visit and this most recent one.

It is the best Italian restaurant I have been to in the Uk. The food, drinks and atmosphere are amazing. Strongly recommended for vegans through to meat eaters.

Our friends hadn't been before and thought from the name it was going to be part of a chain. They were as wowed by the food and service as we were. Great in house pasta, beautifully informal and good beers and wines. One of our favourite places.

The food was great as always with plenty of options to chose from. I love the relaxed atmosphere here however on this occasion the service was a little slow. The food took a long time to arrive and we were waiting too long to pay.

Great and friendly service from fabio enjoyed the Pasta abd bought some to bring home. Thought the menu a bit short but we gad tasty food

Absolutely amazing restaurant with super friendly service. Lots of choices for those with dietary requirements, vegan and gluten free clearly labelled. Nice environment for everyone.

Our table of five had dairy, gluten, tomato and pepper intolerances, a vegan and a pescatarian. The service was exceptional. Fabio, the head waiter, sat with each of us and tailored our meals as required. The food was fresh, balanced, rich and perfectly done. The wine was wonderful. A relaxed and informal atmosphere made this a great place for a low key dinner with friends.

The staff were fun and very helpful and the food was amazing to help. Overall a great experience, would definitely go again and recommend to anyone.

I love the Pasta from the Pasta factory. And I love that the menu changes quite often. It never disappoints.

Best Pasta in Manchester. Place always has Italians dining there... which to me is a really good indicator of how authentic the food is. If you like Pasta, you’ll love it here.
