Excellent food great service and just overall a great experience

My son and I enjoyed the pasta - he is veggie, there was a good selection. The choc ravioli/fig/ coconut pudding was great.

Myself and my partner were really looking forward to eating here as we had heard good things about the food, sadly we were very disappointed. The service and staff were very good Unfortunately the Pasta Factory was let down by it's namesake. My partner ordered the venison dish and myself the truffle and mushroom. The pasta in both dishes was overcooked and mushy but even then both were devoid of flavour and bland. I didn't expect them to charge us for anything but we were ushered out with a smile and hope to see you again (they did remove the pasta dishes) but it would take allot for us to try the Pasta Factory again.

Yummy, traditional pasta with lovely super smiley staff who made such a relaxed & unrushed atmosphere! One of the best meals I’ve ever had!!

The staff and venue were great... but sadly the pasta was stodgy and lacked taste, and it dried out quickly. neither of could finish our meal. One of the desserts was nice but the other - which was sweet pasta - shared the same roots as the main, being a bit stodgy and grainy.

Great Chick pea street food starter. Main courses good portions-very tasty, original flavours. Jesus the waitress was very helpful and knowledgable . Will visit again

Pasta is pretty average. After I had a few bites with the first order, I stopped. Then I order another one and hope it would be better. But unfortunately not. Very disappointing

Another great meal at the Pasta Factory, my partner was over the moon with her Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli. She stated it was one of the best pasta dishes either meat or vegetarian she had ever eaten.

We went here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday after hearing great reviews of this place. The service was excellent, the waiters were very friendly and came over a few times asking if we wanted another drink or if everything was alright. We were expecting a bit more of a cosy setting, but it just felt more like a place where you can drink a coffee and have some cake. The main meals were excellent, the sauces were creamy and the flavours worked all together. Unfortunately the starters and desserts were quite disappointing. I had the three crostini, and one of them was ok, but the other two were just bland. The desserts (chocolate pasta) were very tiny and the sauce was hard to scoop up from the flat plate. The Italian cola was very nice as a drink, and boyfriend's cider was very tasteful. We thought it was a bit overpriced. If the starters and desserts had been good it would've been a different story.

Great pasta. great service. Does what it says on the tin. As long as you are happy with pasta it is brilliant. Great for veggies and vegans too.

Food and service were excellent. My only observation is that the choice of main meals seems to have reduced in number. Otherwise excellent for authentic Italian pasta.

Delicious, great vegan choices. Was mention of a free drink as we were there for my son’s 21st...but seemed to forget.

Friendly service but unfortnately the food was quite disappointing - one dish had slightly raw pasta, the other pasta we had was a bit overcooked, tiramisu was more like cream cake with ni mascarpone, etc.

Good staff and the food was excellent. I’d definitely say leave room for dessert and Italian coffee too.
