Food was incredible and staff good but the restaurant was freezing!!!!!!!!
Great vegetarian options and wine list. Very accommodating customer service
Good options, nice food, little waiting time. Good atmosphere as well
Good pasta, with a variety of specials available and nice wine choices
A fantastic authentic pasta restaurant..staff so accommodating and the food was sublime. Great wine too would 100% love to go again. Thank you
We booked our table before going. The restaurant is very popular and the food amazing..Staff were very friendly would come back here for special occasions.
Spur of the moment lunch date. Great vegan and veggie options and usual excellent service.
High quality food in a refreshingly down-to-Earth atmosphere. Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent.
Recommended by an Italian friend. My sister & I really enjoyed our meal. Excellent food, delicious pasta, lovely honey wine. Fresh bread, gorgonzola & pear salad! Friendly staff. Quick service - we loved it!
One of my favourite restaurants in Manchester, authentic Italian food and experience. Great wines too!
Great food and service, as always. I will be back!
We have dined here numerous times now over the years. My daughter is very particular with her food and always requests we eat here. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. No request ever seem to be a problem. We even plan our visits to Manchester to the opening hours of this place. I, myself isn’t a pasta fan normally but here I would happily eat here everyday. We buy their pasta to take home to continue the enjoyment. Definitely a place to visit not just once but many times more it’s becomes an obsession!
Lovely food, great staff, relaxed vibe. Enjoyed A bit draughty sat near doorway
Hi, really enjoyed our visit to the Pasta Factory, Food was very tasty but the main pasta portions were equivalent to that of anti pasti size. Staff were very accommodating and brought my Husband the equivalent to cheese and biscuits when he asked. I thought the wine was quite expensive compared to other Italian restaurants we have been too.
I have been meaning to go to Pasta Factory for a while & had an opportunity this week. I have tried to get a table as a walk up but it has always been full (a good sign) so once I knew my friend & I were going I booked a table via Quandoo - all very straightforward. The food, staff, wine & whole experience were excellent - I would highly recommend it & will definitely be back for more delicious pasta (the only difficulty will be which dish to pick).
Amazing food, drinks, and service. A great experience. Highly recommend.
Scrumptious dishes and some great wine choices, very patient waiter as we were quite slow to order. Very accommodatimg with the children in our group. A really enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
Always great. Lovely fresh pasta dishes, nice wine & friendly service
Gorgeous fresh pasta like an Italian nonna would make, in a relaxed setting, with great wine.
Great special board choices and the quality was exceptional as usual.
The food was really great, my partner is vegan and they had a good selection of vegan options. The recommendations from the wait staff were really good and informative and we both enjoyed them.
Amazing food. Not been for a while as I live out of town. So glad we returned as the food is better than I remembered.
Pleasant staff, good pasta and gnocchi mains. Octopus starter on specials menu a little expensive for what it was. A bit chilly in restaurant. Take a jumper!
Food was nice but nothing amazing. Extremely small portions and not much to choose from. Didn’t even stay for dessert
Great as ever. Fantastic homemade food, good wine & friendly service
Best pasta I've eaten in a long time and really fab staff.
The food was excellent but there was a delay for our table and then it took a long time for our orders to be take and each course to arrive. For those of us visiting for the first time they didn’t get a truly accurate impression of how great the Pasta Factory is.
Friendly staff, really great food. Thanks for being so accommodating
Welcome and service were great, really nice lads. Bread was lovely to start but no oil on the table. Burrata was lacking flavour as it was fridge-cold. Both pasta mains were delicious pastas but the sauces weren't great. I was told the carbonate would be salty znd it really was! I felt unBle to say anything as I'd been 'warned'. I really support your new place but a few things let it down for us. Sorry.
Loved it. Excellent food/wine and really pleasant people working there. Just delightful!
Delicious pasta dishes with a great selection of drinks and a banging tiramisu.
Arrived at 5. Was not sure about buzz. But picked up. Food was great. Desert wine fab along with boozy affogato. Buzzing when we left. Would go again.
Waiters were both very lovely, food even lovelier! Thanks very much
Great food & drinks. Service was fast & friendly as well!
We were first in the restaurant but 3 other tables were brought food before us, one table had eaten and left before our starters arrived with an apology for the wait. The Burrata starter was a nice mozzarella - but not Burrata. No oozing cream from the centre. The tagliatelle was overcooked and claggy, no discernible truffle flavour. When asked if the food was ok and told it was overcooked she merely gave a brief apology. We were massively disappointed as we had visited a few years ago and it did seem like an authentic Italian family restaurant and the pasta was amazing. Unfortunately this wasn't the case on this occasion, based on this visit we wouldn't return.
We had a fantastic meal - delicious pasta and a lovely atmosphere
The staff were helpful and friendly, the wine selection great, and the food tasted amazing!
Stefano is lovely! So knowledgeable and friendly, really tailored the experience for us
Beautiful fresh pasta and a great selection of Italian wines in a relaxed and welcoming setting. ⭐️
Staff so welcoming and friendly a beautiful well kept restaurant and food ti's amazing 👏 😋 well done..
Fantastic food and great service Staff very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was excellent
Atmosphere and service great. Food mostly good, pasta was a bit claggy. Price not too bad.
The waiter was brilliant and enthusiastic. The experience was authentic and the food was outstanding.
Amazing quality and choice of food on the menu and the specials are always a treat!
Such as nice restaurant, will recommended to friend and visit again
If you like fresh pasta you must visit The Pasta Factory. Many dishes are totally original others provide a contemporary slant on traditional favourites. Ingredients are fresh locally sourced or authentic Italian imported directly. A small but varied Italian wine list featuring mainly indigenous grapes with almost all wines available by the glass or carafe. Friendly staff are happy to explain and make recommendations. The first experience for my friends and we’re already planning our return
We always have a delightful time at pasta factory, with many delicious veggie and vegan options the food, ambience and service is brilliant.
Amazing food as always! Great quick service! Will be back again.
The food was fantastic - incomparable Service disappointing throughout including after paying £250 - don't want fawning but please show interest! The food, though: just wonderful!
The food was nice but the portion sizes weren’t consistent. I ordered the rigatoni ragu, and expected proper beef. Instead it was mince meat like meat, and the portion was a lot smaller than my friends, it also wasn’t spicy despite being advertised as spicy with the Nduja. It was nice, but I’m in no rush to go again.
