Fantastic food and service once again. The standards have never dropped since opening, my go to restaurant in Manchester for top drawer food and wine it just never lets you down!

Always an amazing experience at The Pasta Factory. If you want fine Italian food with amazing service then this is the place to go!

Unbelievable pasta quality, great staff and atmosphere! We came on the back of a growing reputation in Manchester for the best pasta and attention to detail and left with an even better experience. Fabio the waiter sets the tone and is at the top of his game knowing the menu inside out, the wine list and menu are completely unique and the pasta is unbelievable, definitely recommended and will be back!!

Fantastic food as always, pasta was delicious. Waiter was very helpful, and provided some off-menu wine which was amazing and complemented the food perfectly. If you haven't been here you are missing out!

Everything was amazing. From the moment we got there there were really kind and helpful. The atmostphere was incredible and food out of this world. I recommend this place to my friends all the time and will keep celebrating my special occasions there =) Grazie mile

Pasta made fresh daily always interesting flavour combinations not found elsewhere. Starters also very good. Desserts limited

If I want to have a great meal accompanied by good wine and immersed in a warm atmosphere in Manchester, that's the place I always go. The quality of food is excellent - this time the star was a green dream of spaghetti with a creamy, nutty sauce and basil (oh the the fried zucchini on top!). Fresh pasta, attentive service, can't ask for more. Trust me, I'm Italian.

They are serving amazing food and have a super friendly and happy team. Ordered the mushroom ravioli as main course and what a great dish.

My partner and I dined here on Valentine’s Day. We had to amend our booking time twice due to the horror of having to deal with inevitable Transpennien Express cancellations. The staff were fantastic in accommodating this. We both had the Vegan set Menu (even though we aren’t vegan) and it was quite simply superb. The service from Luca was also a highlight. Would highly recommend.

Always great food and service at Pasta Factory. Have brought family and friends here and they all love it. Also they have a great deli counter where you can buy their pasta, or cheese/meats. I always get a tub of nduja when I go in.

Delicious and authentic, really enjoyed the evening. I had gnocchi and a lovely Italian wine.

Friendly staff with great service, good food but quite pricey. Would go here again if they had an offer on, excellent options for vegans and vegetarians.

The food is great- really authentic and unusual Italian dishes. You feel you are getting the real thing. The staff are helpful and service is good. The only reason I gave it a rating of 4 is because they don’t serve any side dishes such as vegetable or salad, which I found a bit weird.

This little place is lovely, the food great, not a large menu, and the staff attentive but not too much. We had a lovely time.

Absolutely amazing food and excellent service from Luca. The bucatini negro was to die for, but there were also loads of great vegan options and the mushroom and truffle ravioli with cashew cream was especially good. Will come back soon!

Fantastic food, great service, can’t fault a thing. I was a little nervous being a vegan this was completely unnecessary, the staff know their products, . Even left with vegan cheese bought from their deli 😀 will definitely be going back

This was my first time to Past Factory and I was very impressed. The food was delicious! Slightly more expensive than other Italian restaurants but happy to pay for the freshness, authenticity and the fact that it's independent. The service was a little slow but they were very busy (every table was full) so understandable. However, when the staff were serving they were lovely - very friendly and knowledgeable.

Unique, Creative and Simply Amazing! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff! Great choice for vegans and vegetarians as well! 10/ 10 would recommend!

The staff and the food are the best in this place. Very tasty pasta dishes, cooked in the tradiciontal way for a reasonable price. On top nice limoncello

Amazing and attentive service and DELICIOUS pasta! Lots of veggie and vegan options. Amazing as always! The food here is unlike anything else you will find in Manchester - it tastes amazing and is reasonably priced, and feels genuinely authentic every time. Fabio, our server, is super friendly and almost feels like a friend at this point, as he is so welcoming and bubbly every time we see him - we feel properly invited in. Honestly, if you are looking for your new favourite restaurant, this is the place to eat; amazing food, fantastic atmosphere and phenomenal service.

We visited yesterday, the food was very tasty & authentic, the waiter was very polite and courteous, especially towards my mother, will visit again soon.

Firstly the restaurant is very nice and spacious although I would say it’s trying to be too trendy. Service was excellent, staff made you feel very welcome. However I was very disappointed with the food. Two meat dishes out of 8 (and one was the special). If you’re vegetarian or want gluten free you can know yourself out here but not my cup of tea. I like a hearty pasta dish (be aware there were no pizzas here!). I ordered the venison. Very strange taste so strange I couldn’t finish it. My companion adored better with the lasagne. I had the mozzarella with sundries tomato to start. This was tasty but could have done with more bread, two small pieces of bruschetta wasn’t going to cut it! Overall I was rather disappointed as it wasn’t quite what I expected. Think I should have gone to Pizza Express!!!

Excellent pasta as usual. Cramped seating and increased prices make it less value for money than what it used to be. Hopefully they can pull it around as the food is delicious.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere as usual, you won’t find better pasta in Manchester. I highly recommend the pasta factory to anybody, you’re guaranteed to have a fantastic meal.
