Excellent food, reasonable prices, in a rather central place. I would definately visit again. Do not forget to try their desserts, especially the panacota! Must visit!
The Pasta Factory has to offer the freshest pasta in Manchester - the dishes are simple and delightful. the food is reasonably priced and is great value for money.
Best Italian in Manchester, always quality food and service, 10/10 keep it up * * * * * * * * * * * *
Great friendly service, obviously really care about what they are doing. Menu a little limited but ingredients quality and wine was good. Will visit again.
Great, intimate setting. Clearly take pride & care in sourcing ingredients and preparation. Wine towards the top end in terms of price vs value but overall really enjoyable meal for two.
Easily the best restaurant serving pasta in Great Manchester. The vegan cheese was the night's surprise whilst the beetroot and squid ink pasta where mind blowing, last but not least the forest fruit vegan cake was the great end to a wonderful dinner. The restaurant has a cosy feeling that make you feel welcome immediately, however the big windows and high ceilings remind you that you are on a grand building simply but beautifully decorated. This is a must!
Small friendly atmosphere with great pasta ! Great for a casual meal with the girlfriend. The service was superb and all guests are made to feel welcome. Couldn't recommend it more highly !
A popular place even on a Wed evening. Service very personable with tasty homemade pasta. Only quibble might be pricing, a little high for some dishes. Great coffee
A mixed experience - some of the dishes were great, others really not good. The waiter warned us that the goats cheese ravioli was acidic, but it really just tasted like vomit. Very unpleasant and I'm Not sure why it was on the menu. It's a shame, as the staff were lovely and some of the other dishes really tasty.
Great experience! (found on Tripadvisor) The pasta was lovely (and fresh!) and the personel awesome! We got a lot of information about the menu. Thank you!
Had a great meal at the pasta factory today. Service was excellent, and food really delicious. overall a great place and I would definitely recommend
The ambiance was great. The service was very good. All staff were friendly and courteous. They explained about the food and wine, which areas of Italy it came from and gave their recommendations. The food itself was delicious and we'd have no hesitation in returning.
We went last week 20th October 2017 and both the food & service were excellent, friendly atmosphere and vegan options :-) Good choice of wine and beers to compliment the food also.
If you want fresh pasta, this is the place to go. Different shapes and colours, the Beetroot ravioli with goats cheese was fantastic. Great service too.
Excellent meal - again. Bruschetta starter was very different but delicious. As for the chocolate salami dessert, that’s worth returning for alone! Venison pasta dish also excellent
Restaurant was simply furnished. Food was good. Service was excellent. Drinks and food are very reasonably priced which probably reflects the location in the city. Very much recommended for a good atmosphere and pasta dishes
Food as ever was cooked perfectly. Friendly service and made to feel comfortable. Drinks menu getting better especially the Italian beers. Wine a little pricey
Lovely place, service was very good. They explained the home made pasta selection. The food was really delicious and great value Well worth a visit
The food has always been great and love the craft draught beer especially! The staff were very friendly when approached for recommendations or explaination. Only slight winge is the pasta dishes are dominantly just pasta with very few meat, but must be pure Italian style
It was so good. The food was amazing, the staff cared that you were there and the place itself is so cute. To top it off, they saw we were on a date a brought free ice-cream. Loved it!
Really good and fresh Italian food served by friendly and knowledgable servers. Regional specialities were a pleasant part of the menu and some very good wine.
Perfectly cooked pasta. Delivers exactly what you want and expect. Freshly made pasta with quick service. Cooked al dente and is as genuine as you'll find in Italy.
Food was sublime, fresh and authentic. The service was extremely friendly and not intrusive. Small but great wine list. This is one of the best gems in the city.
a very attentive waiter, who was passionate about the food. The food was spectacular & made us feel like we were back in Rome. Authentic!
Good experience and service was excellent as always. Prices have increased and I would say on the high side for a casual dining experience. This does not detract from the high quality of the food - you get what you pay for.
Lovely homemade vegan cheese and cracker starter. But the vegan mains were bland, flavourless and uninspired with no variation of taste throughout the dish. Due to this, didn't stay for dessert.
Amazing food, full of flavour and as fresh as you can get. The only negative is the service from waiting staff is very slow at times.
Always a brilliant place for everyone- they have amazing homemade gluten free pasta, as well as a homemade vegan cheese. Great wine selection, good atmosphere and really knowledgeable and helpful staff. No bad words to say!
The food was mediocre at best, only the side salad was worth the money. The staff was pleasant throughout. Not the highlight of my graduation
Excellent restaurant, one of a kind! A unique non pizza Italian restaurant. Great food, extremely knowledgeable staff and superb meal, looking forward to our next trip.
We loved the place .The waiter was really helpful. We had the special which was great and tried 2 of their wines. We will be back to try some more great food and wine.
Love this place and wish it was in my home city. Delicious, interesting home made pasta, Italian wines, taglieri (mixed starters) and gelato. Excellent friendly service.
A combination of great service, food, and wine made for and incredibly pleasant evening. We left incredibly satisfied as always. Great job to the team!
Great service, delicious food, amazing Littl cosy ambience. It's our third time here and already planning the fourth. Authentic and best Italian I have ever been.
Great food, the menu is short but delivers fully on expectations b will definitely go back. Service was excellent with staff knowledgeable and attentive. Will definitely go back again.
Great informal atmosphere, very friendly service. The drinks were great, lovely house white wine and one of the best beers I have had for ages. Our vegetarian starters were also delicious. For main we both had wholemeal pasta filled with mackerel. This became a bit too much as a main, and my wife couldn't finish. I suspect other mains would have been better. Suggestion that they offer three pasta dishes for two people, with slightly smaller portions so you could share. The dessert wasn't great, quite a dense and heavy pana cotta. Will certainly go back and order the main more carefully next time, and perhaps stitch with ice cream for desset
Pasta Factory is arguably one of the best restaurant in Manchester. They cater for vegan so well that I can only praised them. Kids friendly with a brilliant menu that will keep little ones joyful. Wines is just delicious. Please book to avoid disappointment. Highly recommended
Excellent service, waiter very friendly and helped with all requests. We went at lunch time and it was unexpectedly quiet, compared to evenings, so he took the time to have some conversation with us. The food is very good.
An excellent Italian restaurant where you can taste the real Italian food as you were in Italy. A small bijou in the center of Manchester. Don't miss it!!!
Great food & wine. Not expensive, uses quality fresh ingredients, and the place was full of italian customers so that must say something. Well worth a trip.
Visited The Pasta Factory last night. Great little Italian restaurant serving excellent food with great staff. Just one downside, the portion size. You don't get a lot for what you pay for (we actually stopped for a slice of pizza after the 3 course meal).
The food was great and tasted very authentic. Staff working at The Pasta Factory was very friendly too. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere overall.
Great service and some unusual options for pasta. However the final result did not fully live up to expectations. my 'creamy' pasta was very tasty but very dry
The food was spectacular! Never tasted pasta like it. We'd recommend it to everyone we know. We're already working out when we can go again.
Fantastic food - taste and presentation. Great team that is enthusiastic without being intrusive. Truffle pasta tasted great and the Gavi di Gavi did the trick.
Pleasant and welcoming staff who introduced the menu welland took time to help with our wine choice. The food was nicely presented and of a high standard. Pleasant surroundings.
Wonderful , very authentic food. The ingredients are high quality and you have a good number of options, even for vegans! the place is cozy and people are nice at a fair price. couldn't recommend it more.
Lovely authentic Italian - well worth a visit. Really lovely pasta - we all really enjoyed our meal before a visit to the arena !!
Where we was sat there was a smell of sewage and dampness that put us off our food. Won't go again.🙁 Wine per glass £12 very expensive.
Pasta factory is honestly the most flawless Italian dining experience outside of Napoli. Excellent service. Great drink selection. Food that defies explanation of excellence. I recommend this place very frequently.
