Had a fab afternoon food was lovely. That’s my second time visiting The Med. Lovely waitress nothing was too much trouble for her. I know it was lunchtime so we had her full attention on us. Definitely recommend going here weekend entertainment she also said about the Sunday roast. In my diary for after Christmas.

Our first visit to this restaurant was a good experience, we didn't really know what to order but our waitress was very helpful.

Lovely decor friendly staff very helpful went for Sunday lunch with my family they said the best Sunday lunch they have had also entertainment great will be booking again in the next few weeks .

Took a while for the main course to come out. Table was booked for 8.30 and the main course came out at 10pm. The noise was just a bit to much. It's great having music but if it's loud then everyone has to shout when they are talking. As we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant we were just surrounded by people shouting. BUT, the food is AMAZING!!

We were a party of 5 for lunch - we all thought the various dishes we had were amazing, can’t remember having such an excellent meal in the Southend area for years! It was delicious and you could not fault the service.

I had heard mixed reviews about The Med and I decided I wanted to try it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised, the food was outstanding, portions perfect and our waiter couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Spent 3hrs enjoying Sunday lunchtime with great food, ambience,service + lovely \ appropriate singer. Not rushed and made to feel special. Varied aged clientele and approachable staff across the board. We're not easily impressed {experience over postcode 😂} but The Med deserves to succeed.

We went as our wedding anniversary treat for the Sunday roast, and were really impressed, the food was delicious, service great and the live singer was brilliant. Totally recommend and we will be back!

Very nice overall experience. The waitress was very accommodating and friendly. The decor throughout the restaurant was lovely. The roast was amazing aswell as were the other 2 courses. There was also a live singer that made it that extra bit special. The only thing I will say is that I got a rack of lamb rather than a lamb shank but it was equally as delicious and I would have chosen it anyway. Great value for money I will be returning Thank you

Lovely food, lovely decor, staff very friendly and helpful. Only gripe being my son has a nut allergy and wasn’t expecting pistachio ice cream to arrive, was told it was chocolate strawberry and vanilla, wasn’t asked about any allergies. Music was varied but loud for dinner atmosphere.

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast here today! The singer was AMAZING. The restaurant caters well for Vegetarians and the staff are lovely. Will definitely be visiting again soon. 🙂
