We visited during a quiet time for the restaurant with only 2-4 other people present. Waiter was quite friendly and accomodating however the wait time for our good especially for the two children was far too long. Quality of the food overrall was average at best. Nice to have tried as part of Gourment Society but will not be returning.

We are tourist from Sydney. We went to the Meat House with our four children on the evening of 4 January 2020 for dinner. There was a wide selection of food to choose from for adults and our children. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was great. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant!

Had a lovely time overall. Food was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Only issues we had were that the waitress mixed up the orders a little and we were over charged for food. We ordered 2 rib eyes and 1 sirloin but were charged for 3 rib eyes. Only noticed this after seeing the receipt and by this time it was too late. We still tipped them though. Atmosphere was calm and not over crowded. Enjoyable experience with friends, for a surprise bday.

Good food, decent atmosphere, but very long waiting times for food. We've been to this place 3 times, and although the food rarely disappoints, the waiting times are very looooong.

Delicious food, great service! The food got here quickly, we ordered medium rare steak and it was delicious. They have some mocktail options which was great, since we don’t drink! Our waiter was very nice and accommodating.

The guy at the bar was making a mocktail for my wife. He used a silver spoon to stur the mocktail and then decided to put the spoon in his mouth for a taste then back in the mocktail to stur. My wife saw and we was so close to leaving the restaurant. Not a nice thing to do. Lucky for the man that I didn't escalate the issue further. Most likely will not go there again and will not recommend to anyone. By the way it was my 2nd wedding anniversary yesterday and the selfish guy nearly ruined it.

Brilliant best burger I’ve had in ages cooked too perfection!!!

We were 5 diners. We all enjoyed our meals but did find the service a bit slow.

My fiance and I went to the Meat House for his birthday. It was our 1st time there and liked the look of the menu! We got wings and prawns for starters which were delicious! Susanna recommend the Tomahawk which we have never tried before so said we would give it a go!!It was well worth the £60. The chef can re-cook parts of it if we found it was too rare which we got them to do near the end and it was like getting another round of steak! The cocktails were so tasty, just got in before happy hour ended so got a few round in! :) The staff were so friendly and super attentive for anything we asked for. Nothing was an issue! We had not got service like this in a long long time! The music was great, my fiance was bopping to it the whole evening! Great selection of old hiphop and rnb which I wasn't expecting but loved! Would definitely recommended this restaurant to anyone especially steak lovers and will be back again in the near future!

Wonderful customer service available at the restaurant! Whne they found out that our meat wasn't cooked in the manner we ordered, they offered exchange immediately, no questions asked. Will be coming back anytime!

The rib eye steak was lovely, the lamb steak was not, it was very very chewy, almost inedible. Mash was nice. Chips was dissapointing. Chocolate brownie with ice cream was nice, apple pie was horrible. Total mix bag.

Visited MeatHouse this evening my partner and I were very impressed with the food and service We both had a steak and they were cooked to perfection , the hot wings were delicious teamed with the blue cheese sauce. We ended our meal with a raspberry cheesecake which was absolutely divine . The manger was very friendly and attentive as were the waiting staff We will definitely be visiting Meat House again !!
