Lovely food, lovely atmosphere. Off the beaten path and yet right on the Thames River.

Awesome place,, we'll keep coming back for sure. The food and the views are worth going alone, but the staff add that extra 5* treatment

Best mussels in London! Love this place so much- its a hidden diamond in south London and Rotherhithe is a lovely little area with a great village vibe!

Great pub and food. A little off the beaten track but well worth the effort to get there. Sitting outside in the summer is really nice and a glass of wine inside during the winter is just as good.

The food is absolutely great here and the service is always friendly. I love roasts at this pub. I've been back a few times since.

Glad we finally got round to booking a table. Every time we've been in the past, it's been ridiculously busy and we gave up after a standing pint or two. Lovely to discover the atmospheric dining room upstairs. Friendly staff and good food.

Fantastic meal, with kind, professional, and efficient service. Delicious food, beer, and cider. Atmosphere cannot be beat. Dessert was a bit of letdown, especially due to everything that came before it.

The Mayflower is the perfect place to have a nice dinner with friends. I usually go there at week but this time I went on week day and the atmosphere was also great! To sum up great food and great atmosphere.

Great food and a great location. The Pies were proper pies (not a pot of meat with a pastry lid on top) - this is important! :-)

We LOVE this place! The food is amazing and there is so much choice. One tiny point that lets them down is the feeling of being rushed as they are so busy and they are keen to get you served and get you out. Having said that, we will continue to enjoy our Sunday roasts with them and recommend them to others.

As ever, a great evening at the Mayflower. The food has never disappointed and the service always friendly and efficient. We had a joint birthday celebration on the 22nd of October and the price--quality relationship is terrific, fair prices and very good food. We live directly across the river in Wapping and with the less than 2 minute Overground (tunnel) crossing, this has become our regular place. We are there again later this week. What is a better recommendation than that?

Lovely old pub on the banks of the Thames, but not very accessible if you need assistance. The upstairs dining room is not big and therefore gets packed. The food is good but not great at these prices. Range of beers is excellent including properly cask-conditioned ales.

Nice pub with lot of history and good food for very reasonable London prices. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very attentive. Would happily visit again.

Perfect place for those who are looking for a traditional mash and pie or fish and chips dinner. Very popular, therefore booking is advised to avoid disappointment.

Seriously cutesy oldie pub, it sort of makes you think you might even be on the ship. It was a very lovely evening, with friendly and attentive table service. One of the short-crust pastry pies of the day was venison, bacon and lentil. Together with the gravy it tasted fantastic.! Very much recommended.

Staff is nice and the view is great. The roast lamb I had last time was fabulous but the one this time is way too dry. A bit disappointed...

The place was nice but the food was average. We did not know we will made to sit in the dining area which has no views of the thames. So we had to order food there, pay there, bring food downstairs and eat in the open area. The location should be clearly specified during table booking.

Love it at the mayflower - It's in a beAutiful setting right on the river (sit on the patio if you can), the Wednesday pie night is seriously good value, and the service even in the pub is fab. Will definitely be back !

The best Fish & Chips, very good meat, fantastic beers!!! Highly recommended for gatherings with friends. River view Patio seats are with a warm stove now.

This is the third time I've been here, and each time I've really enjoyed my visit. We were in a party of 6 and everyone said just how much they enjoyed the food, the ambience and the friendly and informed service. Even though it was a busy Sunday lunchtime, at no time did we feel rushed or pressured to finish our meal, which meant that everyone had a related and enjoyable experience.

What a lovely place to eat and be merry, flanked by Father Thames the location of The Mayflower is superb for those that want to unwind and dine. The pub has a unique nostalgic charm of the days gone by. Staff that served me were friendly and professional. Will definitely visit again.

Really lovely pub with great food. Been here multiple times now and the atmosphere is always really nice. The roast is very tasty and they always have a great variety of dishes.

Our two hours in Mayflower was absolutely awesome. It's been my third time there and I am sure to return again when I visit London.

We went on a Sunday for a roast. Food was lovely and the Yorkshire puddings Delish. Service was efficient but not rushed. Good value traditional pub.

Unfortunately we were delayed because of traffic, but theMayflower held our reservation. Starte of Mussels was awesome! So I feel as if I have had 2 main courses! Vegetarian roast butternut squash was also excellent!

It is a very pretty building with good river views. At night the candles come out. Good service, even when one of our party was late. Nice food. Do look at the specials board. Recommended.

A very lovely Sunday roast, generous portions and beautifully cooked. Service is considerate, efficient and friendly. They even reacted to my booking note to give us a window table for the benefit of my friend, whose birthday we were celebrating. Fair prices and a very interesting, characterful venue.

Wonderfully historical pub with excellent food. Views of the City skyline and river traffic from the upstairs dining room are spectacular. Not easy to get to from Liverpool St station by public transport - we took a cab

The staff is friendly and efficient as usual. This time, we had to wait a very long time for our food, the rack of lamb was not up to standard, and the vegetable supposed to be in the dish was not there.

Great atmosphere, great staff, meals OK. First visit burgers super. Second visit, in the snug which we thoroughly enjoyed, all had steaks - meat could have been better, cooked exactly as ordered but a bit flavourless - could have done with some garlic. Very much enjoyed our visits thank you.
