Great food! So far the best restaurant for vegetarians. Must try dishes - Manchurian, Tikki chaat, Chicken karahi, Paneer makahni, Garlic nan and Chilli Kulcha
Great experience ,,, the food was tasty and staff was really friendly . Nice ambience around ,good collection of songs . All in all would recommend to others .
Fantastic Service and great food - would recommend to all who want to try amazing vegetarian and vegan food - the staff were friendly and went the extra mile - thank you and see you again soon
It was great experience. Booking online was easy and professional every instructions clear. People serving and looking after most helpful and caring. Environment is so rexaing beautiful light music. Highly recommended
The food is great service is fab no complaints. Everytime we have been can't fault it. Its clean and tidy. The children loved the drinks and food.
I’m goin to say it was good it could be a little fast with the service we had to call the waiter if we needed to order because no one came to us and it wasn’t busy at all and the service was very slow
The food was excellent but service was terrible - considering on whether to go back again. I asked them to put the remainder of my dinner in a container - got home, opened the bag and it was everywhere. Pay peanuts - get monkeys
Great meal. Had the mug curry and it was brilliant. The only downside was the nann bread which wasn't as hot as I'm used to. The service was also excellent.
excellent service and the food is delicious :) Keep it up! Wish you guys had a restaurant in Nottingham too. I would often love to visit.
Food was amazing staff were great service was quick lovey atmosphere nice calm music was nice drinks were amazing recommentnthr cocktails chicken tikka and naan
Good ambience to the restaurant and didn't have to wait long to be shown to our table. Service was excellent and food was really good too. Great value for money and will be coming back again.
Family enjoyed special occassion at kings lounge. We received an Excellent service. The food was delicious. The drinks were tasty. Free parking. Family will be coming again.
A very good experience. Would defiantly go back and visit again.
Kings Lounge is very well organised, lovely atmosphere and the family and I enjoyed our meal an mocktails. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Thanks
Fantastic food, staff and atmosphere. This is our restaurant of choice and never disappoints. Always order too many dishes as everything tastes so good. Veggie heaven!
The soya food was yum. We had the tandoori platter starter and were surprised how alike the real meat stuff it tasted! Was very tasty. Will go again. And parking is free onsite.
I've been a vegitarian for nearly 2 years now and I've never been a restaurant like this one before absolutely amazing the replica meat dishes are delicious. So good that I'm from London so the day after visiting I ordered a take away and took it back home with me for my hubby to try. The word has got round London. Just wish it is was closer to me.
Really great food, lovely and clean. Nice atmosphere. Great service. Cant believe there is so much choice for vegetarians. Will definitely be going back again
Awesome food loved every bit of it..i will hopefully visit it again very very soon..vegetarian so can invite all my friends and family too as well
This was my second visit to the King's Lounge having been very impressed with it the first time. However I was not happy with the food or service this time round. The service was slow and our waiter forgot our request for more drinks - as we were seated on the far side of the restaurant (the restaurant was practically empty) no waiter even walked past us so we could remind them of our drinks order. The food standards have also gone down. For some unknown reason there was way too much chilli in every dish, and I love chilli normally. Needs to improve.
Awesome services. Delicious food. Specially the welcome drinks weretc too soothing with traditional and western fusion Ambience was also excellent Overall it was a very good experience

It was brilliant overall. Food and drinks were amazing. The person serving in bar was very warn and nice, but the person who took the order wasn't smiling at all, though he served us well, but a smile would have done much better to the experience. So would like to rate 4.
Great service and very friendly staff. Had a wonderful time there for my birthday meal. Will definitely be back there soon. Thank you for making my day so special!
the surroundings inside were very nice and comfortable. The decor wasn't too bad either. The good was very good and I will be going there again.
We had a group of 5 and the service was brilliant, the food delicious and the mock tails and dessert were perfect. It's difficult being a vegetarian and finding places that actually do tasty meat free alternatives but kings lounge seems to have mastered it. Our booking was at 7.30 on a friday and unlike other restaurants we were not made to feel like we had to rush our meal or leave immediately once done. The menu had something for everyone, meat eaters and vegetarians alike. No one was disappointed. Great first experience and will defintely be returning!
Excellent food!! Mocktails were unbelievably good. One of the best vegetarian dining experiences I have ever had. Have to say that we felt a bit invisible when we first arrived, but this could have been due to the staff looking after a large party. Once we were seated, however, the service was excellent. Food and drink arrived promptly and was AMAZING. Staff friendly and prices very reasonable. Huge amount of choice on the menu. Would highly recommend,
Spoil for choice food wise. Great place but need to check their online booking system a bit more frequently as I was told we hadn't booked!
Kind friendly staff overall a good experience food nice but not overwelming.some items seemed overpriced maybe paying for the ambience but come on its smethwick
Large menu for an "all vegetarian" restaurant . Good food , nice atmosphere . The place was not busy (Sunday evening booking). Would recommend to friends .
Lots of choices for veggies, lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Staff helpful and attentive. Food was served hot and was very tasty. Will definitely come again
It was a great experience. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was great too. The customer service was excellent. I would come here again.
Great food and service. Really enjoyed our meals and was a very pleasant experience. Would def go there again. Very welcoming and pleasant staff and enviroment
Highly Recommended. This was our second visit and will definitely visit again. Service was exemplary as they were always on hand if needed, even when the restaurant was busy.
We were really impressed with the service. The food was delicious too. Have to say is my number one vegetarian restaurant 🍴. Staff were friendly and helpful
Visited after a previous birthday evetn with colleagues - this time a family birthday. We had a lovely time. The food was great and so were the mocktails. The tastiness of the grills was surprisingly good for the meat eaters in our party. We had lovely service too.
As we entered we were shown to our table. Following the drinks order, we were not pushed to order our meal. Except for the Manager, the rest of the staff gave us the impression that they have had enough. They did not smile or ask up about the meal. After the meal the Manager asked us on the food rating while dealing with our bill. The food was well presented and to our Punjabi taste. We asked for mildly spicy with very little chillies and it was made exactly to our requirements and correctly cooked. Unfortunately there was not a lot for celiac (gluten allergy) like myself. Even the soya had wheat protein extract. There was a birthday party being held and the guests were blocking the main gangway . Therefore, making it difficult to use the toilets. For a restaurant of this status the toilets were below standard. For the size of the restaurant, the parking is not enough, twelve parking spaces in all. The internal decoration was warm and welcoming. Overall pricy, not very welcoming staff, but welcoming setup.
Food wasnt very good but service was great. Deserts and milkshakes were ok but for meat eaters you would be dissapointed as the vegetarian substitutes
Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, very reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful, lots of vegan options too. The choice of meat substitutes was simply refreshing . I would definitely go back again and take more
Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere! Being a vegan, the options are plenty for me as I normally struggle to eat out. Will definitely be back again!!
Firstly the decor and appearance is spot on......it sort of went downhill from here. Much improvement needed on cocktail making. Ordered a number of cocktails -The punjabi was like drinking sweet surup from a can of mango pulp......waste of £30 on mocks. The starters were good, something different for the vegetarian pallet, recommend the mix grill (ideal for 2 only). The mains flavour was good, stick to the standard veggi food and not the mock meat (bland soya). The portions are small so be prepared to order extra. We had split views for this restuarant in our group....worth a try for something different.
food was ok, starters are normal priced but portions are tiny! chilli paneer and aloo tikki chaat i could have fed my 3 and 7 year old nieces that and they would still be hungry. mains were good sized and tasty .. my chicken substitute was slightly undercooked but tasted good naans and the paraata were tasty as well, veg biriyani was also tasty. all in all for the price was ok, starters were rubbish but it gets an average rating due to that
Food was very nice but service not great.Started off well but by the end of the night staff were too busy chatting or on their phones
Very good friendly staff. Food was great quality and service was great. Staff could not do enough for us and we're very tolerant of our children too as we had 4 young kids with us.
Great food, very nice relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The interior of the restaurant is excellent. Will visit again very soon.
A really nice ambience, decor with really nice food reasonable especially nice to have just veggie choice and non alcoholic drinks. Good customer service. A good evening out.
No menus, we had to get them ourselves No-one came to take our order, we had to ask to be served No real atmosphere, cold and dark The food was very nice though.
Nice food. Mens toilets could have been cleaner. Visited three times now with a young child, it would be nice to see you offer plastic cups for child diners and perhaps add mini milkshakes to kids menu.
valentines day Service was good although some staff didn't seem to happy? Food was tasty, main course wasn't very hot. Overall, I'd go again an try ordinary menu.
Good customer service, they went out of their way to make us happy. It would have been 6 if I was informed it was a set menu before arriving at the restaurant.
Usually very good but the order was messed up a couple of times and one dish came a lot later than the other dishes so there was some waiting involved for our table. Food great as usual but the service needs some improvement based on this experience !
