I turned up on time & the table was waiting for me. Very good service from the ladies behind the bar. Pizza was excellent. I had a pulled pork pizza & is becoming a favourite.

I really wouldn't bother going here again! Long wait and very below average food! Was ok when it was Thai but oh how things have changed, and not for the better!!

They don't make thai anymore! Only burger and sausages. Their own website is even the same, not changed. I don't think i'd go there again.

Really lovely food and the service was great too with very friendly staff. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great value for money with tastecard but even without it's worth the money.

Great choice of food on the menu, the wine was gorgeous.. the guy serving us was super friendly and helpful... my friend and I had a lovely evening.. I would recommend Thai food for sure at the Kings Arms. Yum!!

Lovely food, friendly service, just a little on the slow side, lovely surroundings and reasonably priced, one of a few resteraunts that accept tastecard on a Saturday too!!!

Noisy cmas parties. Our fault for going Friday before xmas! Food average Thai fare . Service good. Great to get 50% off on a fri in Dec though.

It was really really lovely food and the waitress was on her own so was busy but she was really lovely and provided great service. Also used tastecard so it was extremely good value for money.

Food was great, service was great - there were 6 of us in total including children and everyone enjoyed the food not only the Thai food but also the Sunday roasts!

Went to Kings Arms over weekend with my Partner, wasn't disappointed the food was excellent and service was fab, will definitely be going again soon.

The food was really excellent Service was a little slow but this suited us as we were not in any hurry. I would recommend this place and I am returning again myself on Thursday.

It was a slow service. Didn't have something we wanted on the menu at 630 pm after just starting to serve food. One meal come out wrong. Another we had to wait for after everyone else's had come out. And it was happy cocktail hour 5-8 and they stopped this around 7pm once we ordered one cocktail without telling us so we couldn't order anymore!! False advertising!!

My husband and I enjoyed the food , the service was good and the waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere was very laid back and made for a very relaxing evening.

Understaffed so service pretty slow but lovely food and with happy hour on cocktails plus Tastecard a real bargain. Also a great ambiance so will be back

The Margarita cocktail did not have any lime juice in it. The food was fresh but a bit more seasoning would help. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was delicious but they were very short staffed so the service wasn't great. Ended up going to the bar to get our own drink as there was only one waiter on & he was very busy & kept saying he'd take our drink order but waited so long we got them ourselves.

Prompt and courteous service, pleasant room, not noisy. Four guests on tastecard enjoyed good food and 50% off food part of the bill - great evening and great value.

Staff were very helpful. I ordered a Classic Dog & was very enjoyable. Will definitely be returning.

It was a Friday night and we the only people in eating the whole evening! So not much of an atmosphere! But saying that you couldn’t fault the service, as had our own personal waitress who explains and answered any question we had on the menu. Food came up in a timely manner and was excellent, as a pub the wine wasn’t as expensive as other restaurants and a nice selection and we will go back again another day. As I said only marked down as there wasn’t much of a atmosphere but sure once word out how good the food is it be busier as that is all that’s missing from the evening! So, hopefully next time it will be busier, I just hope we can get a table.

Great food in a comfortable environment we had both English and the Thai food both excellent, friendly staff and easy parking. Looking forward to going back.

Great food in a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely go back again....soon. The veggie starter was healthy and tasty. Both of us had curries for mains, which were just right in terms of 'spice level' and full of meat!

As a party of six I was very impressed with the whole experience, the staff were friendly, welcoming and very attentive. The food was delicious and I look forward to returning to try all the other food on the menu.

Great food, service was attentive and swift. Nice to eat in an Asian restaurant with Asian families being the majority of guests- an obvious sign of quality

Brilliant value for great food when you use your Tastecard. On its own the place is good but with the discount, it's remarkable. Thoroughly recommended.

Great service as always and same with the food. The Kings Arms are always so accommodating and always lovely food and great value especially with tastecard.

Lovely food, very tasty and good value especially if using taste card. Nice atmosphere and decor. Tried to book online for 8pm but would only allow for a table at 7:30pm. However when we arrived only a few tables were occupied and certainly many tables available at 8pm.

Roast Dinner was excellent on a Sunday with very nice Roast potatoes. Nicely decorated resteraunt with plenty to look at and staff were attentive. May be slightly expensive for a roast.

Restaurant ran out of wine with no replacement. Waiter was very unhelpful. Food was not as good as previous visits and they have reduced the menu by at least half.

Friendly staff, efficient service and delicious food! Would highly recommend. Me and my seven friends had a lovely evening and are already looking forward to a repeat visit!

Excellent food and service. Great atmosphere and location. All the staff were excellent and plenty of car parking to the rear. We will be visiting again very soon.

The staff very friendly and helpful , i felt not many staff on so service a bit slow but didn't stop us enjoying the eve , would def go back . Food very good and great you can use Taste card ! .

Lovely restaurant, Great food. Fabulous service. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Our waiter was very helpful with choosing dishes and how many we should order. Will be back!

Food was great, very fresh and tasty and good portion sizes. Only negative - prawn crackers should be free. Also the crispy duck portion was a little small and not very crispy. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Good drinks on offer too.

Lovely beer garden, friendly staff, but very very slow service. I think there was only one member of staff monitoring the bar and restaurant. The food took a very long time to come out. The main dishes on the Thai menu do not come with rice or salad so you have to order that on top of your chosen dish. The food was nice, just not enough of it. When we went to pay out bill we walked through the restaurant and into the bar and still couldn't see anyone to serve us, ended up having to pop our head into the kitchen to ask for someone to take our money so we could leave.

Good food , slow service. The service is so slow, when ordering drink you dont expect it to take 30 minutes to arrive. Especially as yo can see the bar from where you sit. Food service is also slow and we were in there for nearly 3 hours. Food tastes amazing but service puts me off coming back again!

food was excellent but unfortunately the service was very slow and one main course wrong. The waitress didn't seem to know the menu particularly well and was very vague. Would go back though as quality of food great!

Good food service could be a little quicker. Nice meal booking was very easy . Would like to come back again at another point in time.

Hopefully just an 'off day' ... We've been several times in the past & it's usually very good in the restaurant. However, this time it was far from it, leaving those in our group feeling frustrated. Only one waiter was working, serving every table, he was unhelpful, bordering on rude, when we asked to order anything or for advice about how many dragon platter starters to share between our group in order to cater for all of us to try one of everything. We had to guess in the end and we ended up not getting enough because he said it was up to us to guess (it seemed obvious he didn't want to help). The food wasn't up to standard - over cooked and 2 orders arrived much later than everyone else. By the time we wanted to order coffee & pudding we were told bluntly that the kitchen was closing (... At 9pm!!). Not good. Probably won't go back which is a shame, as for a while we thought this was a fabulous place.

A nice contemporary restaurant and bar with good food and polite service. Enjoyed our meals but would have liked to have seen a wider menu choice.

Food amazing, authentic and large menu choice. Lovely atmosphere. Service slow despite not being busy and had to ask for everything....pity, staff training obviously needed.

Really yummy Thai food. Had not been to the pub since it's been re-furnished, it has been tastefully done and there is a nice atmosphere in the restraint area. Great service too.

Whilst the food was amazing! Second visit I have made, the service was poor we waited a long time to order and then for our plates to be cleared, we did not get asked if we wanted anymore drinks too or dessert! It was quiet a few tables but only one person serving everyone, I would come back as the food is great but service needs inmproving

Good food, pleasant setting and reasonable sized portions (not too large). The service was slow and they could certainly do with some more staff, particularly on a Friday evening.

The food at this restaurant is delicious however the service isn't great. When we arrived they didn't have enough menus for our table, we ordered a second bottle of Prosecco and was told they had run out then when we ordered wine it wasn't chilled. Such a shame, the food is really good!

Menu far too small for my Husband to therefore had to read it all out for him to choose .This really did spoil the evening.The waiter even commented on the size of the text and had advised the management however no action had been taken.Food however fabulous

Food was yummy but the pub clientele too roudy but it was a Friday night. They had also run out of Prosecco which just before the weekend was not good planning!

Tried the King & Dragon for the first time and was very impressed. The food was well presented, lots of choice and really delicious! Our waiter was very helpful and friendly and we all enjoyed our visit. (There is a large carpark).
