All good apart from two late meals, on arrival the skillet had cooled and steak not so sizzling, requested another hot rock, waiter not helpful in swapping hot rock over walking away leaving guest to call back waiter help to make room on the table.

Staff very attentive and food great value. It was a steak night and we didn't have steak so service was a little slow but no problem really.

Had sausages with mash but I feel that some vegetables would go with the meal

It was our first visit to the gloucester but it won't be our last. Food was amazing as was the service. Such a unique dining experience we cannot wait to revisit

Carvery meal was plentiful and well priced. Welcome was warm. However the establishment has a long way to go to improve disability access. Using my wheelchair we entered via the rear fire exit, via a very neglected threshold and several difficult to open doors. No help was offered to carry my meal to our table, so my carer had to balance two plates. None of this will encourage me to return.

Service brilliant. Arrived 15 mins early and previous customer still at our booked table but seating staff found us a clear table immediately. Was really busy as Sunday carvery but only waited in queue for a couple of minutes both to order carvery and get our food. Would have given 100% review and that is what I give the staff and service, but noisy screaming kids ruined my peaceful Sunday dinner. Overall a positive experience which I have come to expect from this establishment. Huge 👍 to all the staff.

2x ribeyes on black rock were lean and tasty. Huge fish served for the cod n chips. My blue vinney/garlic mushrooms were as divine as ever.

Food and staff A+ we had such a lovely young lady waiting on us she had a colourful brade in her hair she had amazing customer service well done!!!

Amazing food, however the table behind us were very loud and swearing constantly! We’re told once but didn’t listen! We had young kids with us!

Really friendly staff and amazing food! We went for Sunday lunch and as a vegan choices can sometimes be limited. However they did not disappoint, I had an amazing nut roast with fresh vegetables and vegan gravy. Thank you so much!!
