The Fox & Hounds - Fair Oak

Friendly enough, steak was cooked perfectly, lasagna was a bit dry but nice and obviously home cooked. Choice of kids meals was a bit limited

It was a quiet lunch not many people in the pub,food was excellent took around 10mins to come only complaint a little cold in the conservatory ,I will be back most enjoyable

Everything you would expect from a small village pub/restaurant. Nice ambience, decorated with festive lighting and decorations created a warm atmosphere. Service was as expected, well informed of available menu items and from order to receipt of meals was swift.

They denied we had a reservation. Unwelcoming. Said we could stay if we wanted to. There were no tables free but could use a room with no heating.

Great family choices. Kids loved their Mac and cheese. Great service.

Fab meal for family occasion we come here a few times a year and always have a good meal

Poor staff were trying to entertain a pub full of travellers, all locals had to leave

Lovely lunch at the Fox and Hounds, food was great, and social distancing adhered to, with plenty of ventilation.
