Plenty of variety on the menu and lots of food,pleasant atmosphere

Excellent service and food, nice place to eat for an evening meal

Food excellent, service great, parking around the area was busy due to it being Sunday. My mother is limited to walking with a walking stick and we were allowed to park in the rear car park as space was available which was very kind. Noise level was typical open plan eating level and slightly high for my mother but over all ok. Really enjoyed our lunch.

Didn’t enjoy the starter ham hock or toast, very salty. The meal was nice. Staff were friendly

When we first arrived there was only one other occupied table however by the time we left almost every table was full which for a Tuesday evening was quite surprising. Couldn't fault the food or service - staff were very attentative but not overly so. Would definitely recommend

Friendly service, nice food, and we were in a fairly quiet part of the premises so conversation was still possible (according to the app on my phone the noise level was about 83dB, which is low for a restaurant - the staff should probably use ear defenders though!)

poor cooking,first steak was tough so went back second only slightly better but came with over cooked onion rings and stewed mushrooms,ive had better in weather-spoons, desert wrong cheese cake when i complained i was told thats what they serve but menu says passion fruit and white chocolate received berry cheese cake with rotting strawberry's on top,cheese board ? when will people learn that cheese is best served at room temperature not straight out the fridge and since when do have feta on a cheese board, paid what i thought the meal was worth and left will not rush back

We stayed overnight and booked a meal based on reviews from previous diners and we were not disappointed. Our meal was excellent and only superseded by the service. We would definitely return if we stay in Lincoln again. Highly recommended.

The table was in a very small very dark corner which I did not like The only place to move would have been the bar so we stayed put. However after a while we were offered another table by the window as someone had cancelled but we were about to eat so did not move. All credit to the staff for offering though. The food was very good and staff attentive. I would definitely eat here again.

Very slow service, rather inattentive too. Condiments arrived 10 minutes after we started meal. Children’s food was served last despite us asking for them to be brought first. Ice creams were semi melted. We had to ask for everything too. Hardly no vegetables served with roasts. My pork roast drowned in gravy.

Nice front of house staff. Good welcome / reception. Good Sunday lunch. Good value. Didn’t like the table en-route to the toilets. Nice coffee and after dinner table Would go again but ask for different dining table.
