Very relaxed moment catching up over some food and drinks. Can't recommend enough the menu which caters for a variety of palets.

We were visiting the area & glad that we stopped by for a meal, we were given the option to sit in or outside & all the staff were very attentive, very good service & most enjoyable food and wine.

Great staff, delicious food, lovely environment and many menu options to suit all tastes. They have a great vegan menu. The Banana Blossom “fish & chips” is the best vegan meal we’ve ever had.

The Cyder House is my favourite pub in the Surrey Hills. It’s been up and down over the years, but now it’s really at the top of its game. That’s due to getting what appear to be the simple things right, but very few places do. The staff are professional - yet not cold, friendly but not obsequious, and have perfect timing of when to chat and when to leave you alone. The food is superb. The ale selection (it’s Hall and Woodhouse) is meh, but I’m not bothered. I’m not an ale nut, and as long as the dear old CH is not totally perfect, I still stand a chance of getting a table at short notice.

Great meal and drinks with some friends at our favourite pub. Despite it being a cold night, the outside dining was well worked, thanks to the heaters. Will be back again soon!

We really enjoyed the visit, the food and service were excellent. We struggled a bit with the wind and cold - we had realised that this would be the case but felt a little miffed we couldn't be near a heater!

Amazing food - 10/10 (I had vegan battered banana blossom and the chocolate orange mousse. My sister had veggie tacos. All looked great and tasted amazing. Brilliant service, attentive and friendly. Will be coming back!

First time visit, very pleased with overall experience. Working really hard to make it feel both safe and normal. Good menu choices with really good service. Overall food quality was excellent and tasty. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the Bread and Butter pudding, which needs to be hot and not cold.

This pub is a gem! so pleased to have it open again so we can enjoy their delicious menu! Given the challenging times, the visit was not dampened in anyway. They have dealt with the restrictions brilliantly.

Friendly staff swiftly managed us through to our waiting table. Everything was cleaned and ready, menu was on An app on the table, drinks quickly ordered and delivered, the whole meal was managed and staff interacted throughout. Food was delivered promptly and well presented and cooked. Altogether a surprising good experience, one which we would like to repeat again soon. Well done all the staff at The Cydet House Inn
