The meal was good but not outstanding. The pea and mint soup was very tasty. My veg curry was too sauce heavy at the expense of vegetables

We were very early and they managed to seat us comfortably even with a wheel chair user. Staff courteous and friendly. Food came out exceptionally quick and was delicious and too much! Never a bad thing for hungry folks. Good value for money.

Always busy and popular on a Sunday but the Sunday menu is varied and consistently excellent, quality of food is superb. The service has also improved a lot here. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine, but where the table was, it was near where people came in to the restaurant, near the telephone, and where people booked in, people were walking by you, luckily it was warm day, or it would have been very cold and draughty sitting at the table in front of the door, but everything else was lovely

Excellent service. Curtis apologized for keeping us waiting but this was not so as we were dealt with very quickly . He was very welcoming and amusing. The food was excellent. We were sat near a group of lively young women enjoying a birthday celebration but they left not long after we were seated and this did not spoil our evening.

Met friends for lunch and had a very enjoyable meal. We all had different dishes and they were all very good. Restaurant wasn’t busy - Monday lunchtime - and service was excellent. Definitely recommend this as a venue. Lots of parking too.

Fabulous Sunday lunch on Father's Day at the Cradock Arms. All the meals were fantastic, couldn't falt the roast beef, delicious as ever with plenty of veg. Found room for the crumble, which also didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back for more delicious food very soon.

On arrival we were shown to our table which was laid out lovely. The waiter (afraid with all the noise didn't catch his name - sorry) but he was amazing. The food was well presented and very tasty. We all (8 of us) had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Very good meal. Cooked well and amount good. Only downside was the cheeseboard which was very lacking in cheese for £11.00 !

The staff are really friendly and the meal served quickly. Only afterwards as our table was being cleared I mentioned that the beef was tough and there was a lot left on my plate. The waitress surprised us by only charging me half for my meal. So good service

Pre booked a table and arrived and it was a booth, due to a recent operation my wife couldn’t access this. The young server changed this without fuss and we had a starter and main each. The starters were good my wife had the feta melt which was really good and I had the squid which was also good. Mains was the roast beef with plenty of vegetables cooked properly and not just mush. Beef was tender and again cooked how I like it with some pink in the middle. We contemplated a pudding but frankly the portions on the other two courses made this impossible. Good food good service and with a round of drinks £50 we will be back again.
