Good food with good service. Table ready when we arrived. Prompt and efficient survive.. Good range of items on the menu. Great beer. Will call again.
the Craddock Arms has excellent food and a lovely atmosphere as per usual! ideal for a meal with friends or a Sunday lunch with the whole family!
nice as always food good well presented , staff helpful and attentive would like them to have name tags on so I could address them more personly. v/good
Food delicious, service is quick and friendly. Perfect for Sunday lunch, and is very relaxing. Definetly recommend booking in advance as can be very busy.
Good food as always, nice staff and pints. I would say that it's a bit annoying that you cannot get waitress service in the garden but it's a minor drawback
The staff are always welcoming, the food is fabulous, If you want something not on the menu just ask and see if they can do it for you.
Unfortunately we thought the service was below par. We sat down 15 mins late(our fault) , but waited 20 mins before we saw a menu. Another 25 mins to the starters then a massive 30 mins for our mains. Had to request coffee twice. Food good as always but let down by below average service.
Good service, cheery atmosphere, a nice Sunday roast for the family with our young children. Husband especially liked the sticky toffee pudding with custard and I enjoyed the Eton mess.
Food very good standard and nicely presented. . Restaurant clean and tidy. Waitresses very kind and pleasant, Service very good and prompt. We will definitely be going again.
This is not our first trip to the Cradock Arms, they don't fail to impress. Great food, convivial atmosphere and good value for money.
Staff were very helpful & accommodating for our 2 tables of 4 & 5 people. They kindley sat us all together & moved tables for us.
Excellent food and service providing good value for money. The food was very well presented with a selection of specials of the day off the black board in addition to the main menu.
Good food but service was very slow and we had to ask for the dessert menu and get up to pay the bill. It was my mums birthday too so very disappointed with the lack of service.

roast leg of lamb very tough our table in middle of aisle caused everyone to walk around our table nudging our chairs to get through
First visit after moving to Oadby. Everything was good. The cream with the bread and butter pudding was inadequate. There was a bit of the previous diner's lunch on my chair. However overall we enjoyed our meal.
A bit pricey for what you get. Service ok but nothing special.great range of beers. Very busy pub with lots of drinkers. Our table was a pew type which was excellent
Very good food, pleasant atmosphere, efficient and courteous service. The pub is one of the best places to east in the Knighton area. Highly recommended.
4 of us went on Saturday early evening and surprisingly it was very busy, which provided a good atmosphere - the food was great and staff helpful and efficient.
Never disappointed with the food here and we have been many times. The beer is well looked after too - both Everards and guest ales, as well as good selection of lagers. Highly recommended!
Very nice food, I would say the mayonnaise in the jar is very unhygienic, a bottle would be much preferred. Nice servers and I would definitely come again
Lovely meal, didn't have to wait long for our food once ordered and all the meals were delicious. We all had roasts and the vegetables in particular were scrummy, so many serve them over cooked and spoilt. Didn't all have room for puddings but the ones that were ordered were to die for...... Staff were very friendly, lovely atmosphere there today, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, highly recommend you visit😀
Really lovely pub staff very friendly the food was so nice really enjoyed the hole experience what a lovely evening we will be booking again
Excellent meal served in a friendly manner. A relaxed atmosphere just right when there are two little boys in the party. Serving was expeditious but you didn't feel rushed. The Cradock is our first choice for a family Sunday Lunch.
Another very good meal at The Cradock Arms. Welsh Rarebit every bit as good as the last time we were there. My wife's Mushroom Wellington was as good as last time and my Sirloin steak was the best steak I have had for a long time and was cooked to perfection. 2 courses and 2 rounds of drinks for just over £50 for this quality is very good value
Great food and service as always, thank you to all the bar and waiting staff for making our family occasion a memorable one. Will always be back.
my partner and I come to the Craddock pretty much every week because the food is so nice! We absolutely love this place and so as the staff! Great pub!!! ❤👍🏻
Excellent meal with good service. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely recommend this place to all of our friends. Going to try the Sunday lunch this weekend.
This pub has a very good atmosphere, with a friendly service, nice restaurant corner which isn't to noisy, and I also found the food tasty.
Good food and drink. Only negative was that we felt rushed being the last table to be seated. And it was through a reservation as well.
A nice environment and it was a pretty good menu with plenty of choice. Good service. The cheesecake was lovely! I would go back again.
Very friendly and efficient service. Lovely table and excellent food. Our party consisted of 4 adults (one of whom is on crutches) and 3 children aged one, four and six. The staff could not have been nice! Would definitele recommend this place!
Eat here about once a month, food always really good. Had fish and chips for the first time on this visit and it was delicious. Service always good too, lovely staff
Relaxed experience, good simple food well prepared at a reasonable price. Good parking. Ideal for our needs that day. I would certainly use it again.
Great pub, great food. The only downer is serving food on slate instead of normal plates. The sound of the knife cutting food is like nails down a blackboard. Awful.
Really good hot piping food served on hot plates - the waitress who served us was attentive warm and welcoming - would highly recommend - thank you
Had a lovely meal at the Cradock Arms as always. The Fish & Chips were beautiful and the service good too. Have never been let down.
Excellent service and food! Our favourite pub. I come and eat/drink at The Craddock pretty much every week for the past 5 years and I have never been disappointed! Super friendly! Highly recommended !
Very good food, drinks and service and enjoyed by all four of us. Will definitely go again with othe friends and family. Enjoyed the quiz too
Friendly and helpful staff along with lovely food. Nice quiet setting to enjoy a meal with family. Would definitely come back again sometime soon. Thank you!
The food was excellent. Had a good table in the dining part of the pub. A good birthday treat for my husband. We'll be returning soon!
A nice local pub serving a creative selection of good pub grub a reasonably priced wine selection and a decent pint. I use this place reasonably regularly to meet up with groups of friends.
Friendly helpful staff and a good menu choice. Piping hot and crunchy fresh vegetables ,not over cooked which nice and not the usual peas accompaniment.
A very enjoyable Sunday dinner, definitely worth a visit. Very friendly place. Have visited several times and always found the food of a very high standard and reasonable priced.
Lovely convivial atmosphere, good wholesome food and efficient friendly staff. Might be biased as its my local but will definitely return. It's also a lovely historic building with fab garden.
A really good menu selection with some lovely specials. I like the iPad menus. A great place to go for a Sunday lunch. Good atmosphere also.
vegetables very good but no vegetarian option for Sunday roast which is disappointing, even option of veggie sausages would do. my sons food was a bit cold.
Brilliant Sunday roast and even better service :) would definitely recommend, make sure you book because it (unsurprisingly) fills up fast! Overall a fantastic experience. Thanks.
Great place, efficient and friendly service and fab food at very reasonable prices. Thoroughly recommend the Craddock Arms, lunchtime or evening- my new favourite eatery!
Great service. Managed to fit us in early dispite being very busy and fully booked. Service so good we have booked again for next week.
chicken dish was supposed to be on a bed of potatoes. There was 1 potato, fanned out thinly. Ordered more potatoes otherwise so little carbs!
