Cooked in an extra-spiced masala sauce with added diced onion, tomatoes, peppers and fried garlic to give a medium strength flavour.

A rich blend of butter and aromatic herbs and spices is used to create a mild and creamy dish. Particularly suited to chicken and lamb.
