The Chutney

We visited early evening on a Friday night with a party of three. The choice of menu dishes was slightly limited with one dish (salmon starter) not available. The whole meal was above average and reasonably priced, the service was attentive. However, the light pop background music spoiled the ambiance - with no authentic Indian music available on request - so we might as well have been in JD Weatherspoon's! It's just a little thing but makes such a difference!

I have been to this restaurant many times and never had a bad meal. Great menu and the food is delicious. Staff welcoming and lovely. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Once you have been - you will return.

If I have any criticism of this great little restaurant, it is that it is overrun ad crowded by delivery drivers picking up takeaways. There must be a different way of doing this

The food was really nice, interesting combination of traditional indian taste and modern form. A service was quick enough . The restaurant was full that why was a little bit too noisy.
