Food was absolutely beautiful. The place could do with an update

The food I ordered was including a salad for which I paid extra but never came and the chips were cold. I’m not one for complaining so I never said anything.

We've being buying Groupon Vouchers for many years. Never had any issue exchanging the voucher of the meal you bought. That is until now, more to the point of the disastrous major negative attitude of the lady manageress who spoke to me in a really belittling manager. Her attituded bears all the hall marks of how NOT to run a retail business. She point blankly refused to honour our voucher because our name wasn't on her official list. Never heard of any list & won't be rushing back to the Cheshire Line Tavern & I strongly suggest you do the same, Doesn't get my vote. Mega negative attitude.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was beautiful. Great value for your money. Great selections of food to order. Kids menue had a great selection of choice for the kids. Everything is fresh and made to order.

Was a lovely meal plenty of choice on the menu could not decide what to have. Would recommend to others. Next time will try to fit a desert in

Friendly service. Food served on time but some elements were lukewarm. Overall good value for the price. Restaurant could have done with being a little warmer (on a very cold day)
